It is located right at the entrance to Flims village — intentionally slightly outside the center, in a peaceful setting with excellent connections (bus and shuttle stops within a 3–5 minute walk).

Our apartment is not suitable for parties or groups of young adults. It is primarily intended for adults, couples, and small families looking for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

For safety reasons, the fireplace is not in use — however, candles create a warm and cozy ambiance throughout the apartment.

Pets are welcome upon request. A small additional fee applies for pets. Please contact us in advance so we can ensure the apartment is suitable for your furry companion.
