Boutique verblijf aan de rand van het centrum.
Wat een geweldig boutique hotel op een plaats die op loopafstand van alle bezichtigingen staat. Er was een warm onthaal van de manager die door de onvolledige COVID-bezetting, de volle aandacht voor ons had. Hij gaf ons de keuze in kamers en legde uit hoe alles binnen en buiten het hotel werkte. Bij aankomst is er een gebruiksaanwijzing voor het parkeren en om boetes te ontlopen dien je te parkeren bij het hotel aan de overkant. Ook deze uitleg is op verschillende wijzen aan ons gecommuniceerd. Ontbijt en koffie/ thee staan altijd klaar! De positie van de airconditioning was voor ons niet optimaal, vooral omdat de afstandbediening vast aan de muur zit. Maar we hebben een prima verblijf gehad.

Perfecte citytrip locatie
Een geweldige plek om een mooie tijd in Florence te hebben. Nog echt persoonlijke service en je krijgt er een gevoel van thuis door de mooie inrichting. Alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op loopafstand. Als wij naar Florence terug gaan, dan zouden wij zeker weer bij Alfieri9 overnachten!

Dear Victor,We are really surprised to kwon only now that you had same discomfort about your stay with us during your family holiday.We are sorry that you did not give to us the opputunity to resolve your issue as into the Hotel there are staff into the hotel from 07.00 to 14.00, and after reception is open until 24.00 at the Hotel Liana.Therefore it was sufficient to explain how to adjust the water mixer.The hotel was full of guest during the same time of your stay and we did not have any issue from the other guests.We try every day to give our best for all our guests.

Fabulous Firenze
So glad I found this place, totally understand why it got such good reviews! Location, cuteness, helpfulness. Safe and parking next door in the same building although not related to the hotel. The host was amazing and the breakfast and cappuccinos were wonderful. the bed was perfectly firm as I get a backache from soft beds. 10 minute walk and we were at the Duomo and neighbourhood felt very safe.

We traveled with our two grown children (20,18), we needed space but were also budget conscious. Alfieri9 was perfect! The room is spacious with high ceilings. All very nicely decorated, the dining room is so pretty (the breakfast is very nice) and cute lobby area. We also enjoyed the location, a little away from the busy center but still very walkable.

The staff are so nice and friendly. I slept passed breakfast and asked for some coffee. They made me a cappuccino and brought out a few breakfast items. On departure, they were quick to call a cab that's as there in 2 minutes. The room was very quiet despite being towards the front near the communal eating area and check-in. Def recommend.

The hotel is a little bit away from the touristy hustle, which was perfect for us. The room is spacious, and we liked that their shower was bigger than every other one we encountered on our 2-week tour of Italy! The staff is wonderful, helpful and very friendly. Fantastic breakfast - be sure to book with the breakfast option.

This is a boutique hotel located on a quiet street 15 min walk from the Academy Gallery. The owners/managers Ricardo and Francesca are super nice and friendly. Wonderful continental breakfast is served each morning 8 euro/person. There is a parking garage in the same building where can park for 26 euros per day. The only limitation is that the hotel doesn’t have a bar, so if you need a night cap, have to bring your own into room or go 10 mins or so nearby. Overall great 4 night stay.

Outstanding
We loved this hotel. It’s across the road from its sister hotel Liana so as a landmark it’s easy to find if your Italian isn’t great. It’s a little walk outside of Florence maybe 20 mins to find. The neighbourhood was safe as is the city. The hotel was very quiet. The rooms were so so clean, beds changed daily. Breakfast was excellent and very homely and the staff were amazing. Felt like home from home. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Florence.

Great hotel located in a quite neighborhood away from touristy crowd but at the same time walking distance 15 mins from the main attractions. Hosts, Ricardo and Francesca, are amazing. The best part of my stay was the beyond exceptional hospitality and courtesy extended to me and my son. It began with the warmest of greetings from Ricardo filled with helpful tips and instructions to reassure us. They day followed with gracious and most kind accomodations coordinated by Francesca. Event occurred that required I alter my trip and these two amazing people could not have been more supportive.

Comfy Stay in Florence
The location of the hotel is premium, room is clean nicely decorated and had a tiny balcony also the bed was quite comfortable. I’d say best for a short & light trip; I had a big luggage and it was a hurdle to carry to the first floor. I haven’t seen staff at all as i checked-in late and left very early which was unexpected. Otherwise they were very helpful over mails & calls.

All in all, it was quite OK. It is an interesting hotel, but not as nice as in the pictures, of course. The breakfast is OK, but I don't know why some people wrote that it's something extraordinary. It is nice but ordinary. We had an issue with the friendliness of one of the ladies who are there in the morning. There are no parking spaces at the hotel. There is a private garage which will cost you 25 EUR per day.

Alfieri9 is a small hotel located in a quiet neighborhood located north east of the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), about a 17-20 minute walk away. Due to its small size, staff are onsite only part of the day but are accessible 24/7. Staff were helpful, friendly and informative. The hotel was thoughtfully renovated about 4 years ago, i.e., many shelves (to place belongings) in room, closets and bathroom, electrical outlets that are easily accessed, coat and towel hooks, good water pressure for shower and good WiFi. We stayed in room 1 which had two beds (approx 75"x78" and 33"x74"; width by length). The European style continental breakfast offered different types of coffee (espresso, cappuccino, regular), beverages (juice, milk), breads (croissants, rolls, sliced) & cereal, fruits, meats & cheese and yogurt. Room was equipped with small refrigerator, safe, iron & small ironing board, hair dryer and personal care products.

Magnifique! La décoration de l'établissement est vraiment belle. Nous avons eu la chambre n°8, au calme, très jolie et propre. Emplacement idéale, nous avons visité tout à pied. Um B&B que não deixa nada a desejar em relação a um hotel de, pelo menos, 4 estrelas. Lindo, limpissimo, confortável, moderno. Café da manhã maravilhoso preparado com todo o cuidado e carinho da querida Dona Afonsina. Não tem elevador, mas fica no primeiro andar. Um pouco longe da estação, recomendo pegar um táxi se estiver com malas, mas só se estiver de malas. Amei, volto e recomendo.
