Seattleites in Florence
Lovely, clean apartment that provided a perfect place for two couples traveling together. Each had a private en-suite with his own comfortable king bed. Location was close to restaurants, shopping and museums. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends. Thank you!

The apartment was comfortable for my husband and me for our short stay in Florence. Nice furniture and simple decor. The apartment is convenient to many parts of Florence and out of the touristy fray.

Great spot in Firenze
We arrived late in the evening but were able to locate the apartment with ease. The door to the actual unit is a little tricky to open, but we figured it out fairly quickly. Upon entering the unit, it was very clean and minimal. Each bedroom had a bottle of water on each nightstand, which was appreciated. The kitchenette was equipped with espresso pods and all of the necessary cleaners if needed. Note: if you are of larger stature, the showers could be a little problematic. The location can't be beat, typically a 15 minute walk to most of the main spots in Florence. It does seem to be located in popular spot for students as both nights we came back later in the evening, the street was crowded with young adults, but they're was never any disturbance. Overall, a great, comfortable spot for two couples to enjoy.

This apartment has a great location, steps away from a small grocery store for little things you might need. There is also a pharmacy very close by. David answered all our questions and sat down with us upon arrival to explain everything else. The only thing different than the photos is the white bed was replaced. He also gave great tips on restaurants. It was everything that we needed.

Holiday Getaway
The location can't be beat. It's walking distance to all the historic sites. The stairs are a bit challenging, as was slogging suitcases up and down three flights of stairs. It would have been helpful to have more than one set of towels. I washed them but had no way of drying them. But overall, a charming place to stay.
