Een mooi smaakvol rustig hotelletje. Vlakbij de Arno en op wandelafstand van restaurantjes. Shuttle service naar de luchthaven tegen betaling maar heel comfortabel. Super vriendelijk personeel. Wij komen zeker terug!

centraal gelegen atelier hotel in hartje Firenze. bovenste etage met houten dakbeschot. veel gekraak vanuit het dak in de nacht. prachtig badruimte met alle comfort. Bij vertrek konden wij geen taxi richting airport bestellen en taxiservice naar hotel erg aan de prijs 80 euro ipv 24 euro. Brandveiliging op orde maar geen ontsnappen aan bij brand. goede airco

Bei dem Taxidienst, den Sie als teuer definiert haben, handelt es sich nicht um den Taxidienst, sondern um einen privaten Shuttle, den Sie angefragt und nach Sichtung des Preises bestätigt haben. Ein Fahrer wartete mit seiner Mercedes S-Klasse vor dem Tor auf Sie, es war kein Taxi, was, wie Sie bei der Abfahrt sahen, in Florenz schwer zu finden ist. Sie haben eine individuelle Dienstleistung für Sie angefordert und der Preis ist für die Qualität der gewünschten Dienstleistung mehr als angemessen.Was die Holzdecke betrifft, so macht Holz leider manchmal dieses Geräusch, da es ein natürliches Material ist, aber ehrlich gesagt ist es das erste Mal, dass uns dieses Unbehagen gemeldet wird, und es tut uns sehr leid.

The location is perfect - close to the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi and all the Florence has to offer. A very comfortable and functional room, though all we did was sleep there after walking all over the city everyday!

The property is a bit hard to find. You must go 200ft further than listed address. Also it was not noted that the fridge is a mini bar - all other places in Italy was not this way so items are not complimentary. Location to sites were great and close to weekend markets.

The place was very nice, the room was small but cozy and perfectly equipped. The ladies of the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that at arrival we couldn’t locate the property. Front desk Ladies helped and everything was fine.

Wonderful room in the perfect location. We were lucky to book the day we stayed and everything was smooth. Beautiful bathroom with all the amenities and a bedroom with two large windows and a cozy bed. The coffee machine in our room even made good coffee! It was nicely updated and very safe with one keypad to unlock the main door and then two keycard doors to open before reaching our room. We were excited to find we could leave our luggage there after checking out and go get it in the evening. Would stay here again for sure!

Location was perfect, couldn’t have been better with everything in walking distance. Felt very safe and the staff was very responsive when we needed something. Staff were very nice and helpful! Only thing was there is a night club across the narrow street that is open three nights a week, and it got loud. So just be prepared. Will definitely stay here again as it was so central to what I needed.

Little Gem in Florence
This boutique hotel is wonderful. The room was nice and clean and they were very accommodating with our needs. The location is also amazing and hard to beat. Although the hotel is not a large facility, it doesnt lack anything that we needed and I enjoyed it more than large chains that I normally stay at. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was centrally located near the Arno River, Piazza della Signoria, and the Ponte Vecchio. The room was spacious, warm, bright, and airy. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Check in was seamless and quick. K & G were very friendly, very accommodating, attentive, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is up-to-date and modern and, at the same time, it preserves elements of the old Florentine building it is in. The room was very clean and comfortable, the location is perfect, and Kate and Giulia are very friendly, helpful hosts.

Great little hotel, if you need to use the elevator I wouldn’t recommend as it’s very slow and small. But it was fine for our visit, clean spacious rooms. And the staff was very friendly

Thanks for your opinion! We are happy that your stay was pleasant. Regarding our elevator, we always give an explanation about it to all our guests. Our lift is very modern but since our building is located in a very ancient building, it was not possible to purchase a fast lift because space does not allow it. You can always meditate or relax while going up :) to the third floor.You are always welcome!
