Uitstekende uitvalsbasis Florence
Een goed verzorg hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Op 5 minuten lopen van de Dom en bijna 5 tot 10 minuten naar het station.

Excelente localização, aconchegante e ótima relação custo-beneficio. Guido é muito eficiente em prestar todas as informações necessárias sobre o hotel e sobre Florença. Certamente voltaria ao Balcony.

Excellent location, neat and tidy but a bit dated. Breakfast was basic. Friendly and service minded staff. A good place for a few nights if you want to stay in the city center.

Perfect location and perfectly nice
This place is no frills for sure and the room is small. However, it was affordable and in a perfect location about halfway between the main train station and the Duomo. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was continental. Just what you need to get some fuel in the morning and get going.

A great place to spend the night while visiting Florence. It is 5-minute walk from the train station. It is within walking distance of most things in the Florence center. Clean, friendly, practical. I has a small room with a bed and the essentials. But what more did I need. I only spent the night sleeping. For that, is was quiet and comfortable—an excellent value for the price.

　このホテルの一番良い点は、ロケーションです。駅からも近いですし、ウフィツィ美術館などの有名な場所に、歩いて10分くらいで行けます。唯一の難点は、エレベーターがないこと。重いスーツケースを持って、2階、3階まで持って運ばなければならなかったのが少し大変でした。設備、サービスは、まあまあ。直接、このホテルとは関係ないですが、すぐ隣にあるレストランでは、手頃な価格で、フィレンツェ名物の美味しいステーキが食べられました。

Ho soggiornato due notti nella stanza che da sul terrazzo questo vuol dire tenere le persiane sempre chiuse per evitare che chiunque guardi dentro la stanza. Materasso scomodo, stanza pulita.

De cara para o Duomo!
Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo a estação Firenze Santa Maria Novella e a apenas uma quadra do Duomo. Quarto confortável, boa cama e banheiro privativo. O casal de proprietários são muito gentis e simpáticos. Destaque para o terraço (balcony) do hotel, com uma vista maravilhosa do Duomo.

Hotel strategico e accogliente
La posizione è assolutamente strategica, vicinissima alla stazione e al Duomo. I proprietari sono un vero punto di forza: accoglienti e gentilissimi, hanno fatto di tutto per venire incontro alle mie esigenze, addirittura anticipando le mie richieste. Ambiente piacevole e "caldo". Camera semplice ma molto confortevole, esteticamente piacevole e tranquilla. Da tenere assolutamente presente per il prossimo viaggio a Firenze

Very pleasant stay, I would return
The staff/owners of this place are the finest and friendly people and I enjoyed my stay a lot thanks to them. The hotel felt homey and comfortable although of course has some areas of improvement, but overall I feel at home and I’d return. I had no problem with the wifi, my only inconvenient was that the actual balcony attracts mosquitoes, so I would advise to spray some repellent.

I will not pay my entire stay at this Hotel. The property is horrible. The bed was broken, my son suffered a back injury. No breakfast offered, charged as more than expected. the room was so tiny and the staff is not speaking English.

Struttura pulita e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera essenziale ma comoda e sufficientemente spaziosa. Uniche note negative, le stanze andrebbero rinnovate un po' perché un vecchiotte, in particolare le pareti avrebbero bisogno di un'imbiancata. Inoltre all'ingresso nella stanza si sentiva un forte odore di candeggina, per cui abbiamo dovuto tenere le finestre aperte per diverso tempo per far arieggiare.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful to me despite our language difference.. The staff were very friendly. The shower had very nice water pressure. They cleaned the room perfectly everyday. We didn't eat there but the dining area was very cute . The location was perfect. Very reasonable price for the 6 nights we stayed. Perfect for the budget if you don't need anything fancy .. I would stay here again ..

Can't ask for a better location! You can see the Duomo from the entrance, and is also very close to the main train station. Very lively area, no breakfast on site (I think), but there are so many eating options right nearby.

Centralt och trevligt
Vi fick ett mycket bra bemötande och snabba svar och de löste sig med sen ankomst på ett bra sätt. Rent och prydligt på äldre hotell som ligger centralt och bra. Fixade små extra förmåner såsom kaffe, rum med altan och vin. Rekommenderas.
