Centraal gelegen hotel in centrum Florence
Het klein familiehotel ligt slecht 5 minuten van SMN Station en dicht bij alle bezienswaardingheden. Met een kleine lift bereik je het hotel op de 3de etage. De familie staff is zeer vriendelijk en staan echt voor je klaar. De kamers zijn schoon en bedden zijn goed. Er is gratis wifi in heel hotell. Het ontbijt is vrij simpel, maar wel te doen.

Goede ligging, vriendelijk personeel
De beschrijving kwam niet overeen met de kamer die we kregen. Hotel was overboekt en we sliepen een verdieping lager. Mensen waren super vriendelijk.

sorry we had to alocate you in another hotel for problems with the bath room but you were sent into a 3 star hotel instead of 2 at the same price.

Hotel Angelica / Florence
Heb een prima verblijf gehad in dit kleine familiehotel. Zeer centraal gelegen op nog geen 5 minuutjes lopen van het treinstation. Alle bezienswaardigheden alsmede restaurantjes op loopafstand. Geen (verkeers)lawaai op de kamer, nette schone kamer/badkamer & prima bed.

The staff are very kind. Room was a little bit outdated and resembled Europe in the 50s, but there was heat and air conditioning and wifi. Free breakfast was good. We stayed next to the window and definitely heard traffic and honking but the location is great. could see cathedral and duomo from hotel window.

This hotel was a lovely surprise- very affordable in an expensive city. Close to the train station and a short walk everywhere- it was the perfect location for us. The staff was lovely. Very warm and kind. Highly recommend.

One day in Firenze
Extremely friendly staff and location is almost right next to railwaystation a great location to explore the city by walking. Don't set your expectations too high, but it's more than enough for a night! Room was clean and so was the hotel. A small beakfast was included to get your morning started. Shared bathroom wasn't an issue. A one full day in Firenze is enough and this place was perfect choice for a quick visit. I recommend to start your day at Michelangelo piazzale and after breath taking view you should pay a visit at Ponte Vecchio before continuing your journey to city central statues and museums. Perect way to end your day in Firenze is to enjoy a sunset and great view of Domme with a drink at roof top bar of Grand hotel Baglioni. You can find few pubs and night clubs in city centrale. I would recommend to book tickets to domme and Uffizi in advance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. My room was disappointing as it had no window but did have a skylight to let some light in. Location was great, close to the train station. It was rated a 2 star and is just that.

Hotel strategico per chi arriva in treno a Santa Maria Novella, da cui dista poche centinaia di metri. Da segnalare però che si trova al 3°piano di una palazzina storica (come molti hotel lungo la stessa via), servito comunque da ascensore. Camera silenziosa, servizi essenziali. Purtroppo, per motivi organizzativi, al momento offrono solo caffè, ma non servono la prima colazione. Servizio, a mio avviso fondamentale per chi magari deve anche partire presto, potrebbe riprendere dai prossimi mesi

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très pratique : il est juste à côté de la gare de train et tout près du centre historique. Je ne comprends cependant pas comment cet hôtel peut avoir de bons commentaires en général. Les lieux ne sont pas entretenus et les équipements sont en très mauvais état : le pommeau de notre douche tenait (plus ou moins) avec du scotch, le séchoir fixe était cassé, on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans la salle de bain du dessus et d’à côté (c’est comme si on y était) et on s’est fait réveiller toute la nuit par l’ascenseur qui montait et descendait. Par ailleurs, le matelas n’offre que très peu de support et est donc très inconfortable. Quant au Wifi, il est tout simplement inutilisable. Je comprends que l’hôtel se trouve dans un vieil immeuble, mais disons que le tout manque clairement de rafraîchissement. À notre arrivé, il y avait des cheveux dans les draps et ils n’ont pas fait la chambre pendant notre séjour de deux nuits.

All the buildings in the Florence are old and this is the beauty of the Florence.Thank You

Simples mas agradável
É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no Angélica. Nós o escolhemos pela localização e facilidade de locomoção para todos os lugares.A estação de trem Santa Maria Novela fica atrás dele, o que possibilita transporte para qualquer lugar da Itália. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas para nós mais que suficiente. Maria, a recepcionista, nos auxiliou em tudo o que precisamos durante nossa estadia. Sugestão: colocar um frigobar no quarto.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. We used the towels until we left. You don't get a clean towel every day and I think that's right and environmentally conscious. Hotel is spacious enough to sleep and shower. It is very close to the train station and other public transport. The rooms are located on the quiet side and not on the side of the public road. At least where we didn't sleep. You get a key to open the front doors of the hotel and with the elevator you can go to the 3rd floor where the hotel is located. If you are not picky, this is a good hotel to spend the night and shower. Supermarket right around the corner.

Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach eingerichtet aber sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideal für 3 Personen. Zu Fuß waren wir sehr schnell in der "Altstadt".

pessimo trattamento
Ho dovuto rimandare il mio soggiorno perchè è stato posticipato al 2021 l'evento a cui dovevo partecipare, causa covid 19, invece di venirmi incontro, visto che avevo già pagato il soggiorno per posticipare anche l'hotel avrei dovuto pagare il doppio di quello che ho già versato. Inconcepibile, una truffa.

Devi pagare la nuova tariffa per il prossimo anno. Non è possibile cambiare la data di prenotazione con la stessa tariffa della camera Hai detto che scriverai una brutta recensione ed è per questo che l'hai scritta
