Midden in het centrum van Firenze
Prima hotel met excellente medewerkers. Fijne kamer, wel een beetje klein maar dat is vaker in steden. Schoon en in prima staat, lekker ontbijt en prettige sfeer. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Leuke stad!!

Hotel Cerretani is een fijn hotel. de kamers zijn groot, modern, luxe en schoon. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De lokatie is midden in het centrum en alles is lopend te bereiken. Een aanrader.

Amazing staff Amazing location 2 minutes walk to designer stores , 5 minutes walk to the train station and 2 minutes walk to the city center , and the rooms are very comfortable, every time we are in Florence we’ll make sure that we stay at this hotel .

Location was really convenient as it was within walking distance of basically every tourist destination. The breakfast was wonderful. Remember to bring an adapter to charge your devices if you’re from outside Europe; the hotel doesn’t have any. Also, there’s no need to take a taxi from the SM Novella train station as it’s only a 10 minute walk to the hotel.

We were fortunate to stay in the suite that offered 2 separate rooms and 2 bathrooms, which is always a bonus! The room was immaculate and spacious. The location was perfect. Central and in the heart of Florence, walkable to the best restaurants, Duomo, shopping, train station, and leather markets. The free breakfast every morning was top notch offering a huge variety of hot and cold choices. They even had a juicer to make your own! I would highly recommend Cerretani if you are lucky enough to visit Florence. The staff was exceptional!

Desde la llegada el personal del hotel fue muy amable, la ubicación espectacular, el desayuno bastante bueno para ser incluido y buffet… nos hicieron sentir cómo en casa desde nuestra llegada. Nos hicieron 2 veces el cuarto al día, la segunda para cerrar cortinas y acomodar la cama, las bebidas en el frigobar incluidas, lo recomiendo ampliamente. Por cierto… mi habitación bastante amplia.

Must stay!!
This hotel was fantastic! Amazing location, the customer service impeccable and kind, professional and the hotel was beautiful, clean, new. The suite with the king bed and fold out couch made for a perfect room for our family! We are already planning to stay here again!
