Property was very cute and boutique. biggest issue is having to download an app that you have to use for your key to get in and out. very inconvenient. also the internet was in and out had issues. otherwise the property is great. I suggest they find an alternative to the key system.

Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du Duomo. Le système de clé virtuel peut surprendre, mais ça marche très bien. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Le personnel est aimable. On peut facilement passer à côté de l’entrée de l’hôtel qui se trouve au troisième étage d’un immeuble d’habitation. Il y a un ascenseur mais attention il n’était pas très grand Le seul inconvénient c’est les travaux qui sont juste devant l’hôtel. C’est très bruyant dés 7h du matin. Malgré cela, je recommande vivement cette hôtel qui a un très bon rapport qualité prix.

The room had a bug infestation. I went downstairs and nicely told the woman at the front desk and she grabbed bug spray (which she grabbed quickly telling me it was readily available because this list not have been the first time this issue occurred) she sprayed and then left the bottle with me and told me to kill any more I see. They ate a hole throw some of our clothes. We had not eaten in the hotel room at all but the woman from the front desk continued to tell us we had “brought in something sweet” when I explained again that we had not eaten in the hotel, nor had we been in it since early that morning, she said “well it must’ve been something left on the desk or floor by the previous person”. I then said that the room should have been cleaned between people and she said “I didn’t say that, it was clean, it’s something you brought in” we asked for the email of the manager and she told us no. We asked why and she said “only o communicate with him”. My friend went back downstairs and was finally able to get her to put him on speaker phone where she explained what happened. The manager and the woman at the front break start speaking very badly about my friend in Italian, thinking she wouldn’t understand but she speaks and understand Italian fluently. We asked for a refund for that night and the next one so we could move hotels since they would not move our rooms and she said absolutely not, that Expedia had to refund us. Overall a horrid experience.

Establishment was centrally located near many restaurants and shops. Walking distance from F.S.M. Train station. Be prepared to download an app to access hotel lodging but staff was very communicative to help as there is no 24 hour front desk here. Loved the location because it was a 15min walk from train station and 7-15min walk from multiple attractions such as Basilica Santa Maria del Fiore, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. Location is amazing and lodging was great for price. Would stay here again.

Hotel room was very clean, updated and modern. Beds and pillows were comfortable. There is an elevator available but it is very small. Also make sure to checkin in advance of contact them on WhatsApp before your arrival, the front desk is not open 24/7.

Hotel moderno al 3° piano di un palazzo storico
Hotel molto ben tenuto, al 3° piano di un palazzo antico ma completamente rimodernato, in pieno centro di Firenze. Si entra con la chiave elettronica tramite una app. Le istruzioni non sono chiarissime ma alla fine funziona. Non ha colazione ma bollitore e c'è un bar proprio all'angolo.

Boa acomodação! Bem localizada e limpa. A ressalva fica por conta da temperatura do quarto... Apesar de contar com ar-condicionado o isolamento não era legal e acabamos sentindo frio, inclusive ao usar o banheiro.

Quaint hotel
Good location, nice room and if windows shut, fairly quiet given busy street. Definitely need to download app for electronic entry prior to arriving and have on several devices (ie my phone broke but luckily had it on my Apple watch otherwise, would not have been able to gain entry). Renovated property close to the Dome's Plaza, Battisterio and main street to Ponte Vecchio and Ufizzi Gallery. Our host Lucien guided us through all the ck in process and the registration of the bluetooth electronic key. She was very smart, friendly and available to us on the app.

Bed is comfortable. The room is clean. Walking distance to many places. Only part I didn’t enjoy was having the keys digital on my phone. Was constantly worried about my battery life. Plus didn’t know how to get a digital key for my boyfriend.

This was a unique stay for me being the first time using "remote reception" and a digital key. I am sure for younger travelers this would be very seamless but for someone 50 and traveling alone (but pretty up to date with technology) it was not too daunting. The communication via email and the Expedia app was very very good. The people working at the property were very kind and helpful. The room had everything I needed for an overnight stay.

It was great overall and right next to the David statue. It’s convenient to walk to all the best tourist areas. Can walk everywhere from this hotel. It was a great experience overall.

This was a great option with the city sold out. Unfortunately with construction at the near by piazza accessibility of taxis was limited and the bulk of entrance is a four story walk up.

I was disappointed with the property. It’s called a Hotel but it’s far from it. Multiple areas that need to be improved. First, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent. It would come and go. I brought it to the attention of the staff by what’s app message as there is no 24 hour staff in the Hotel. Again that’s the second problem. No 24 hour staff. I needed additional towels on the second night but no one to ask or even get them from. I used a hand towel after a shower. Not something I would do if staying in a hotel. The air conditioner had limits on the temperature range. The coldest I could set it was 20 Celsius. I wanted it colder because the housekeeper would turn off the air conditioner and when I returned to the room in the afternoon for a bit of rest it was hot and humid in the room and took a long time to cool down. Last, no hook in the bathroom to hang clothes or towel and no shelf in the shower to set shampoo bottle. Those are minor but expected in a hotel bathroom. This is not a Hotel. Please read every detail of the listing before booking. It’s like a nice hostel/Airbnb with no kitchen in the room.

Only as a suggestion for your future stays in any other hotel, if you have any problems with the room it is always better to let us know, our reception works remotely, this does not mean that there is no one to ask. In her case we could have told her easily, in her case we could have told her where to find other clean towels for her shower and above all we would have told her that if the temperature did not drop below 20 degrees, perhaps because it was set to hot and not cold like she would have liked. For the rest, let's remember her advice. Thanks again.

The location of this place was great! Sylvia in housekeeping was very helpful in assisting us with dropping our bags before check in and help with unlocking our room. The KS app was not very easy to learn to use and there was not a front desk to help but once we figured it out it as very easy. It would be helpful if there was some information about how to use the system to enter the hotel as this was not very clear.

Gran ubicación! El cuarto estaba limpio y espacioso con un baño bien equipado. La propiedad también cuenta con muy buenas amenidades y espacios comunes. Los dos pisos de la propiedad tienen acceso a través de elevador pero para acceder a la habitación superior hay que subir un piso por las escaleras.

Moderna e al centro di Firenze. Con una app è possibile accedere alle camere e anche se può sembrare complicato invece è tutto molto semplice e il personale è sempre disponibile per ogni cosa. Bello e comodo lo spazio comune e i servizi in camera per la colazione. Giudizio eccellente. Ci tornerò.

Espacio centrico, cumple su objetivo
Cerca de todos los lugares turísticos en el centro de Florencia, a un precio bastante accesible. A la hora del check-in las habitaciones no estaban listas, tuvimos que esperar 20-30 min. Los espacios son adecuados, con lo indispensable. Entrada al edificio, a las plantas donde se ubica el hotel y a las habitaciones. Elevador estrecho y que no siempre funciona bien. Comunicación por whatsapp con los responsables de gestionar las reservas muy ágil.

Unattended hotel requires special phone app
While the room was fine and well located, the hotel was completely unattended. They require people to download an app and get into the hotel using it (which also means requiring some wireless connection). Since my wife did not have the app or a smart phone which could use it, she could not go in and out independently. While I could always get in, sometimes the app timed out and made for a few unpleasant seconds.
