We had super great experience staying here. Reception lady I don’t know how to spell her name. She is really nice friendly and gave us information where to go and history about the city and the hotel. Very useful and interesting. If you need anything she’s there to help. River view room is fantastic we also saw fireworks at night. And it’s convenient and walking distance to most of attractions. Highly recommend for this hotel.

Andrea the concierge was a gem. Always patient and helpful with whatever question we had. The location is close to anything you could want from shopping, dining and historical things to see. The rooms are very spacious, much bigger than anything I’ve ever stayed in Europe. The included breakfast was amazing. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was extremely charming and in the most beautiful location. Room was spacious, and the paintings and carvings on the ceiling were extraordinary. Bathroom was large and clean and quite comfortable. The women in the Reception area was friendly and courteous and extremely helpful. Food was delicious at breakfast. Highly recommend this beautiful spot for your stay in Florence. It is in the Perfect area.!! I can't wait to go back.

A perfect stay to feel the real Florence
It was an amazing experience staying here. The room was antique and classy but clean and comfort. I am South Korean traveling with my parents. We felt like we became the nobels of the renaissance. The breakfast was perfect and the coffee was amazing. Special thanks to Agustino(sorry if I don’t remember your name correctly) in the dining room who gave us such a kind and rememberable experience and a perfect Italian coffee. I highly recommend this place to people who want to have a deep experience of Florence. 한국인 분들께도 강추합니다. 가격 훨씬 이상의 경험을 하실거에요. 마치 귀족이 된 것 같은 경험을 하실 수 있습니다.

Beautiful rooms. We were not advised beforehand that the property is undergoing a renovation! The views are covered with outdoor draping! Also, we were not told that you have to find an entry bell around all the construction to gain entry to the property upon arrival-very confusing!

The suites were beautiful in a historic building. It was a central location which made it easy to walk to any area of the city. Once we figured out how to get into the building (there was construction and the buzzer was not easily visible) we loved our stay.

Leider wird die Aussenfassade renoviert und somit die Aussicht auf den Fluss blockiert - das hätte man bei der Buchung erwähnen müssen. Das Mobiliar und der Zustand der Bäder - fehlende kleine Fliesen Beschichtung Waschbecken abgebröckelt - sind in die Jahre gekommen. Rezeption bei Abreise nicht besetzt was zu Wartezeiten führte: der Frühstücksangestellte alleine verantwortlich für Frühstück und Abreise. Bilder der Website spiegeln leider den derzeitigen Zustand nicht dar.

We love our stay at Leone Blu Suites. The location is awesome and closed to everything, easy walk from train station. Most of all, the view of River Amos is just unbeatable. Upon arrival, the reception was great, attentive and efficient. We are a family of four, the loft suite was roomy, great decor, big windows opened to river view and plenty of privacy. The breakfast was good too. We were surprised given the central location, it wasn't noisy at night.

Could be better...
The hotel has a privileged location with fantastic views, but our stay was not very good for the following reasons: We stayed in the "Pandolfo" suite and the wooden windows do not adjust well and let the noise and cold from the street through. In the bathroom, the extractor communicates with the street and that is why noise and very cold comes in. On the second day, when we arrived at the room, it was tidy and left the empty bottles, used coffee and glass cups on the counter. They also did not replace the used complimentary coffees. It's a shame because for small details the stay that could have been fantastic was less good.

Wonderful place, wonderful staff, fantastic room.
I wanted a memorable hotel stay while in Florence and I definitely found it at the Leone Blu. While it is listed as only a 2 star hotel, I have stayed at 5 star hotels that were not as comfortable or friendly. Andrea, at the front desk, was extremely amenable. Even during Covid, the staff was there whenever we needed something while still keeping social distancing. We booked the best room at the hotel which was in line price wise with the cheapest rooms at the 5-star hotels. The room was two stories with large airy spaces, including a childrens room with two twin beds that we did not use. All this within easy walking distance to all the major sites. Will stay here again when back in Florence.

UNE VRAIE BELLE EXPERIENCE
Une adresse en or. Superbe résidence dans un palais historique d'où tout Florence se visite à pied. Une vraie belle expérience. Outre la chambre fabuleuse avec vue sur l'arno, et n'en déplaise à certain grincheux qui on laisser un avis mitigé, du style on ne nous a pas remis de bouteille d'eau ds le minibar, et bien vous n'avez qu'à en demander et ils se font un plaisir de vous l'apporter, à moins que ces personnes n'ai rue peur de la payer mais dans ce cas on ne descend pas dans ce genre d'hôtel. Le personnel de réception est TOPISSIME, Merci à Anastasia et Andrea pour leur accueil chaleureux leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Sans compter leur bon conseil sur la ville. Super petit déjeuner servi dans le cadre d'un magnifique salon d'époque. Nous sommes resté une nuit de plus que prévu. Bravo et merci

Can't beat the view or the breakfast!
My mom and I had a wonderful stay! I couldnt shut up about the view and she couldnt shut up about the breakfast. Everyone was SO accomodating and willing to help with every request. Only confusing part was figuring out how to get in the first time. Would stay again 100%.

Got a nice and big room. In the description it said they had noise insulation but that is not the case. Traffic noise is significant for light sleepers (less sensitive people don’t feel it). Very centric location yet easily accessible by taxi from/to airport.

Die lage ist super zentral, man kommt aber mit dem Auto nicht hin. Es dürfen nur anwohner in den Stadtkern hinein fahren. Man muss etwas ausserhalb in einem Parkhaus parkieren, es kosten alle 35€ pro Tag. Unser Zimmer war riesen gross mit hohen Decken, wunderschön. Sowie das Bad, richtig viel Platz und tolle Kosmetikartikell. Nur die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, die zwei Herren die dort waren sprechen nicht so gut italienisch. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel und würde auch wieder kommen!

There is no sign to tell you where to find theReception desk once you arrived in the lobby, the lobby is a empty grand room. There is no front desk after 10 pm you need to swipe the key card otherwise you won't be able to Pass the main gate/ door which is locked after 10pm. The room with a river view is also facing a main traffic street, the windows are single layer old window, you can hear the cars and motorcycle passes by very often, good luck if you are a light sleeper.
