Hotel sent the check in email to an Expedia email. Contacting the hotel was impossible until a guest advised us to use “what’s app” and gave us the number. When called, the first representative took minimal information and said they would send us the check in link. After about 20 minutes we still had no information how to check in. Texted them on what’s app as they requested from the call and got another representative who was minimally helpful but ultimately did get us the information we needed. The total process took over an hour. There was no staff for assistance during the designated times on their voicemail. The room is in dire need of up keep. Contacted the hotel because the remote for the TV was missing, not an issue for us, but didn’t want to be charged for something we didn’t have. The hotel said they would drop off a remote and did try to deliver one, however, it was close to 2300, we were already asleep and brought the remote for the AC even though I told them numerous times TV. Upon leaving, contacted the hotel for the check out process. No response as of 2 hours later. The hotel needs some serious help with customer service.
