Ruim appartement, perfecte locatie. Je loopt zo het oude centrum in.. In de 3 slaapkamers zijn de bedden prima maar de bedbank in de woonkamer is niet aan te raden. Misschien voor kleine kinderen wel okay. Ontbijt in bar/café ernaast is niet uitgebreid maar prima. Fijn dat je bij de accommodatie kunt parkeren. kosten 20€ per dag.

paleis in florence
het appartement is in 1 woord de ultieme uitvalbasis voor shoppen of cultuur bezoek aan florence. Midden in het centrum met parkeerplaats de restaurants, musea en winkels om je heen. Met een perfecte ingedeelde appartement met airco en goede badkamers kun je heerlijk uitblazen van je shop of cultuur bezoek.

A great Hotel!!!!
I stayed three nights at this hotel and was very happy to have stayed here. The room was HUGE and clean. I was not too sure about the neighborhood, at first glance. But, I had no problems and really enjoyed the location and easy walk to the Duomo and everything in the area. Lots to do, great restaurants everywhere. I recommend the pizza place next door.

Mediocre Hotel, but a fantastic view from the roo
We had the presidential suite (Penthouse), The overall Maintenance of the Hotel is a bit under average, the breakfast was eatable but not particular good. The opening times in the reception seemed to be a guideline, and not kept, however it depended a lot on who was on duty. So the suite comes with a well equipped kitchen at the entrance, then you go to the first floor for the bedroom. There were dust on the floor in the bedroom, the sofa is broken and not very comfortable, however the bed was good, so was the bathroom facilities, The windows were not tight so since it was windy and raining we got water through two of the windows. I will not recommend the room during the summertime, the aircon was not maintained, it was functioning (we used it for heating) but extremely noisy it would be impossible to sleep with it on. Now we comes to the best part that makes the room worth every penny, the view, from the room was fantastic. Would I stay there again , yes but only in the autom and spring.

This a good hotel to rent especially traveling with family like us. We were family of five and we had 2 separate bedrooms with a living room, sofa and a kitchen. The place is good for it’s price. The issues I have are the fact the bedsheets are very old worn out and even had holes in them. I’m not sure if the rooms and the property are well taken care of. The free breakfast was a joke. They will give you a single croissant, a coffee and an orange juice. If you consume anything else more than that they will make you pay. Also the free breakfast was not actually inside the hotel property but rather outside a restaurant next door, so that was confusing.

Overall the place is ok but a lot of mosquitoes in the apt. Great views of the dome and we had access to a portico but we couldn’t use it due to rain. Also somehow water seeped into the apt after the rain. Thankfully it missed all our luggage. One of the positive points about this apt is it’s proximity to the Duomo and many other attractions and a lot of food choices / restaurants within walking distance.

Horrible stay - water leaking onto our bed
We had an absolutely horrible stay with water leaking from the roof onto the bed. We could not sleep all night and the hotel would do nothing for us, and even still today they refuse to refund us. I cannot understand how a stay could be any worse if the bed is completely soaked with leaking roof water.

Difficile d’accès en voiture, pas de place dans le parking de l’hôtel, le ménage n’est pas fait tous les jours, les petits déjeuners à côté sont vraiment minimes: pour les clients de l’hôtel, pas de set de table ni service à table contrairement aux autres clients et très peu de choix. L’hôtel est très joli, les chambres avec une grande hauteur sous plafond sont belles et bien décorées, mais pas d’air conditionné La situation est parfaite au centre de la vieille ville, avec toutes les visites à moins de 2 km et un grand choix de restaurants

E' in una posizione strategica a pochi passi vi è il centro. E' vicinissima a supermercati, negozi locali. Essendo in zona pedonale non si odono rumori di macchine ed è un piacere scendere e passeggiare. Lo staf gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

La struttura è chiaramente ancora in fase di ristrutturazione. Suite molto ampia e in posizione fenomenale in zona tranquilla e centro città. Bagni con docce con scarichi acqua intasati, bidet in uno dei bagni staccato dal pavimento a rischio caduta, tavolette dei wc lasche e non adatte alle tazze. Io tutto segnalato alla reception. Prezzo di 150 euro al giorno non congruo con lo stato dei luoghi.

veramente un peccato!!!
Avere una struttura del genere in centro a Firenze e darla in mano a persone poco professionali è veramente da pazzi, posso solo scrivere è in una buona posizione, per il resto? non ho intenzione di commentare di nuovo cio' che le recensioni hanno già fatto su tutti punti, faccio solo un sunto: accoglienza direi terribile, signora che viene da lontano( cosi' si è dichiarata ) non ha saputo darci indicazioni per arrivare ...no comment. prenotato suite presidenziale, ci hanno dato un'appartamento al piano terra ingresso esterno ( oltretutto il portone del palazzo sempre aperto quindi anche da averci paura a dormire li) forse lo hanno fatto nella notte del venerdi, visto che c'erano lavori in corso. Dovevamo avere un appartamento ultimo piano dalle foto ben diverso da quello che ci hanno dato. la risposta delle professionali signore è stato : abbiamo solo questo. che atro dire? ...che è in mano a nessuno!!

I stayed here for a week as part of a research trip in Florence. The apartment was simple but spacious, with an absolutely gorgeous view of Piazza dei Ciompi and the hill up to Piazzale Michelangelo and San Miniato - I gazed out at that view quite a lot! They were very kind and upgraded my room to one that had windows, which I sincerely appreciated. My only complaint with the room was that the kitchen was extremely spartan - yes they provide pots/plates/pans/etc, but absolutely no spices/oil/salt/pepper/etc. I appreciated being able to cook to save money, but you might want to plan ahead by bringing some salt/olive oil/pepper, or of course you can buy it at the Conad one block down Via Pietrapiana. The hotel has (free!) laundry facilities, which I really appreciated. Even with two bars in front of the hotel, the room was completely silent with the windows closed at night. My only other complaint was that it was impossible to get in touch with the hotel via message on Expedia. I had a few questions and since the reception is not open all day, it would have been nice to have this option actually work. Otherwise, a good stay in a perfect part of the city (not so touristy.) I would stay here again.

Horrible experience. When we arrived we were given an envelope with the key. Took at least 30 minutes to find the room because we didn’t know the place had different elevators for different areas. The unit still under renovation. Instead of light fixtures there were electrical cables sticking out everywhere. The worst part… The property claimed to have a/c and yes there is a unit there but when I complained about the a/c not working I was told the unit is shut down by mgmt every day between midnight and 9am. Why claim to have a/c and shut it down!!! I couldn’t sleep because it was so hot in the room!! Horrible, horrible experience.

We stayed in the larger room 2 bed 3 bath. It was simple and clean. But there is no lobby and very little concierge help. It’s in a good area though. All of the rooms are different i think we got lucky with ours.
