The riverview (superior) room we had, was the smallest possible size. It had a connecting door with the next room, which was certainly not soundproof. In Covid times it is not really necessary to put all your clients on one floor...

Beautiful hotel at Ponte Vecchio
It was a great stay at the hotel. We booked superior but got a room with a balcony with the view on the Ponte vecchio. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. The drinks are expensive on the rooftop bar but it is worth it now and then. The pool is nice to cool down a bit from the heat in the summer. Next to that the room is very clean and the beds are comfortable, the shower is also great. You can ask for room service anytime. The hotel is at the Ponte Vecchio and you are able to go to the city by foot. Everything in Florence is able to walk. Overall the hotel was amazing.

Uitstekende ligging nabij bezienswaardigheden!
Heerlijk hotel met uitstekende service van het personeel. Keurige ontvangst bij het ontbijt waarbij je direct naar een tafeltje wordt begeleid. Hele spontane en leuke verrassing: een verjaardagstaartje mét kaarsje voor de gelegenheid! Het dakterras is een absolute sur plus met een panorama-uitzicht over de Arno aan de ene kant en de binnenstad met alle bezienswaardigheden aan de andere kant. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en beheersing van de Engelse taal (mijn Italiaans is niet best!) is boven verwachting. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Fijn hotel, gunstige ligging.
Fijne ligging aan de Arno en op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Hop on hop off bushalte in dezelfde straat naar o.a. Fiesole.Uitstekende service in het hotel, prachtig uitzicht vanaf dakterras waar je lekker kan afkoelen in het zwembad. Mooie kamers, schoon en goed verzorgd. Uitstekend ontbijt met voor ieder wat wils. Enig minpuntje waren de prijzen van de drankjes op het dakterras: 5 euro voor een glas limonade en de goedkoopste fles wijn : 45 euro niet in verhouding tot de lunchkaart (6 euro voor een uitgebreid broodje tonijn)

Hoewel de kamers eerder klein waren, was dit zonder twijfel het beste hotel dat ik reeds in Firenze bezocht. Vriendelijk personeel, schitterend dakterras en lekker ontbijt.

Aangenaam hotel op prima locatie. Kamer aan de achterkant, veel lawaai. Airco werkte niet, dus raam open en veel muggen binnen, die overigens de volgende dag door personeel verwijderd werden. Kamer was klein , zo ook de badkamer en is aan vernieuwing toe. Personeel uitermate aangenaam en gedienstig.

The property was fantastic and the people were great. My only comment to the contrary is the air conditioning. Lots of hotels in Italy turn off the air conditioning and only provide heat. This property was no different. I tend to run a bit warm and i like to sleep in a cold room. I was a bit concerned about leaving the window open all night and the fan they provided was very loud. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff just want to help anyway they can. Being close to the river is great too. It is a beautiful stroll in the evening with plenty of place to stop and grab a glass of wine

The best hotel I have ever stayed at, hands down. Free upgrade on the room was beyond appreciated and after already having travelled for a few weeks, my three days here were a much needed Oasis. Everything was lovely. Even every room smelled amazing! What an important touch. Front desk staff extremely pleasant, laundry service amazing, and everything everywhere was spotlessly clean. Just wow. I will be back here my next time I come to Florence, no doubt about it. Thank you!

A magical Christmas experience
We stayed for 5 nights over the christmas period. we have a room with a balcony and had a stunning view over the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were delightful My only minor criticism was that the towels were quite old and worn and the beds were quite hard, but that didn't detract from a wonderful stay ...we'll be back x

Nice and relaxing
Hotel was right on the Arno river just like we wanted and our room was right on the river as well. Unfortunately the roof top was closed due to the bad weather which passed through a couple of days before we arrived. The bartenders were great and made some good drinks for us while we watched some local soccer matches on the bar TV.

This is a very nice, comfortable property. The lobby bar has a wonderful atmosphere. The included breakfast was outstanding, and well staffed. The concierge was very helpful in booking tours and taxis. Our only disappointment was the service at the roof top bar/cafe. The staff was not very welcoming. Two of our group of four ordered spaghetti, which was served cold. We thought maybe it was an "Italian" thing, but later told by another staff member that it should be served hot. Other than that, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay there again.

Hôtel bien cher pour la prestation. Chambre petite, salle de bain vieillotte et minuscule, le lit double est en fait 2 lits simples rapprochés…. Le roof top est le côté positif mais les tarifs sont exorbitants et la piscine petite et non chauffée. Bref, un hôtel qui serait convenable pour une nuit à 100-200€ mais pas 700.

This was our 2nd stay, we needed a hotel with parking. As soon as we pulled up we were quickly greeted and helped with our bags and our car was taken to the parking garage. Staff was very friendly. Lobby is beautiful,rooms could use updating but we're very clean. Location is great!

Location along Arno River is nice. Rooms are good. We encountered very slow drinks/food service and forgetting orders on several occasions during our stay- to the point we went elsewhere for drinks, etc.

Great Place but don’t expect relaxation at pool.
Great place and great staff! Primary disappointment is that after staying there two times now, the hotel should restrict children or have a no splashing rule at least in the pool. Most people who go there book it for the romantic rooftop pool. Not so romantic when parents use the pool to let their kids run wild and splash….ruining it for most other guests. I will not be staying there again until they address this. They should advertise the pool with photos of kids splashing water around older annoyed adult couples who are trying to have a trip of a lifetime.
