Located on the sun-kissed Lungarno Acciauoli, with incredible river views, on the first floor of a building dating back to the 1950’s with a beautiful original entrance; a wide staircase leads up and down from the apartment (also accessible by elevator after a few initial steps).

We’ve taken every possible measure, including installing soundproof windows and padded wall insulation, to maintain a peaceful and cozy environment.
