Franco는 환상적인 호스트입니다. 제가 몇가지 귀찮은 부탁을 했는데도 친절하게 도와줬어요. 진정성있게 도와주려 애쓰는게 느껴졌어요. 위치는 피렌체 역과 매우 가깝고 저희는 굉장히 무거운 캐리어를 들고 가야 했는데도 도보이동이 그리 어렵지 않았어요. 다음에 꼭 가고 싶은 곳입니다.

We loved our stay here. The hosts were particularly accommodating. Martha was so helpful and gave us so many great tips on what to do. We had so much fun and would definitely stay at this property again.

Stay in Florence
My fiancée and I stayed at the Relais Tiffany for a few nights. Franco assisted us with all the things we needed to know prior to arrival in Florence along with recommendations for food, drink, activities. The room was spacious and air conditioned and in a quiet area. Close to the train station. We enjoyed our stay in Florence and will be awaiting our time to come back!

Slightly outside the town, and unfortunately the tram lines outside the accommodation were not beneficial to our trip . Room was large and clean, and the proprietor was very attentive, and obliging.

Thank you for your feedback Edward, it was a pleasure to have a conversation with you. As written in your reservation, breakfast is not included, we have chosen to have lower prices compared with other places in the city and leave to our client the possibility to have(or not) breakfast in any bar in the neighbourhood. Everything is made at check-in, at check-out you just have to leave your keys on the desk, that’s why we don’t come early in the morning. Have a nice day! All excellent!
Everything is very good. There's a nice garden that you can have your tea / breakfast / etc. 13 mins walk to the main station, and 2 mins to the Tram number 2. You can even walk to the Duomo without taking any public transport.

Very convenient location, a couple of minutes from a tram stop which you can travel on to the airport. About 5 minute walk to the central train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice, spacious and quiet. Breakfast had a good choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The service provided by the owners was excellent, very welcoming. The breakfast provided was also excellent, varied choice of food to suit everyone served in the lovely dining room. Water, juice, tea and coffee were available all day if required. The bedroom was nice and roomy and the bathroom very clean and well maintained. The property is near to all travel links, train, bus and tram which suited us as we travelled to Pisa and Greve by public transport. The only downside was we booked this property partly because it had outside space but unfortunately this could not be used due to the high level of insects making it impossible to sit out. This was disappointing to us and the reason I can't give a score of 5.

Thank you for your kind feedback, we're very happy that you appreciated our place. Unfortunately the rains brought a lot of mosquitoes this month. We've put citronella candles and spray to avoid problems, but it is not enough. We are thinking to a mosquito disinfection. Hope to see you again, kind regards

Grazie per il vostro feedback. Mi spiace che vi abbia dato fastidio la tranvia, essendo in centro e vicini alla stazione, il lato positivo è essere vicini a tutto, quello negativo è appunto il rumore dovuto all'essere in centro. Quella è l'unica stanza che risente di questo problema, la tranvia è stata inaugurata da pochi mesi e stiamo già pensando a come risolvere il problema di quella camera. Grazie ancora, un caro saluto

Staff is absolutely great. They described the city, and made suggestions on what to visit. Great breakfast as well and you can walk to the train station in about 5 minutes if you hurry a bit otherwise you can walk to the train station at peace in about 10 minutes.

Como en casa
Franco y Marta son personas muy amables y te hacen sentir como en casa. El B&B y la habitación son muy cómodos. El desayuno es completo y con cosas naturales. Tiene además un patio donde estar si el Día está lindo. Gracias y felicitaciones!!! Muy recomendable

Hotel centrale a pochi passi dalla stazione del treno. Contro: non funziona internet nelle camere e la linea telefonica (TIM - VODAFON ) e' altrettatto scarsa . Appena arrivati non ci hanno avvisati che dovevano aprire le valvole termostatiche dei termosifoni...la mattina seguente doccia fredda ! Ci hanno dato una sola chiave della stanza così abbiamo dovuto fare i turni per entrare o uscire .

La ringrazio per la recensione, ci teniamo ai suggerimenti dei clienti e tentiamo di migliorare sulla base di questi. A breve nella zona sarà disponibile la fibra ottica ed è nostra intenzione abbonarci non appena ce ne sarà la possibilità. Per quanto riguarda la chiavi, non capitandoci spesso che ci vengano chieste due copie non ci abbiamo pensato, ma effettivamente sarà nostra premura chiedere sempre da ora in poi se si necessita di una copia. Per quanto riguarda la doccia, non abbiamo mai ricevuto nessuna lamentela, se c'è stato un guasto provvederemo immediatamente a risolverlo, ci teniamo a dare un servizio all'altezza delle giuste aspettative dei clienti. Infine, ci spiace per gli inconvenienti, se avremo il piacere di riceverla nuovamente, sono certo che troverà un servizio impeccabile. Grazie ancora e buona giornata
