Dear Mark, us you wrote you should take a little more time to find your place to stay!!! Infact we are not " they are more gust house" since we are Guest House or B&B if you prefere! Fortunately you find some positive like the position and the cleaning and we are surprise that you apreciate it since you asked don't enter in your room for clean everyday us we do usually with other guest .... may be you was attract for the good rate and the good ranking we have!!! Any way, we hope next time you find more time for your research and hoping you will find one HOTEL that will satisfy all your needs!

We ask allways if all is ok not but you didn't ask for a plug since we borrow differents type and for the mosquitos in your room was present the repellent you should only turn on ... now is too late for help us ... you should ask ! Thank you Martha for give us the opportunity to inform our guest that our Residenza dei Pucci is inside one building dated early years 1400, never been destroyed during the centuries and we have even one of the holdest tabernacle in the town ( 5 lanterns tabernacle) end yes we have not space for build one elevator and we cannot change the 1800 stairs for insert that. Than YES we don't have one elevator but you add the priviledge to sleep in the history ! ciao Best regards

Cher Anonimous, mercie pour le temp que vous avez utilisez pour ecrire votre opinion! On est desolee si on a pas assez souris pour vous faire plaisir. En plus vous n'avez pas ecrit qui vous etes et on sais meme pas qui ete au travaille le jour the votre sejour! Ton pis! On profitte pour ecrire que le petit dejeuner est gratuite et on è desolee que vous n'avez pas aprecie quelque chose que on vous a offert. Les photos sont exactement comment son les chambre, bien sur chaque chambre est differente une de l'autre et de different grandeur classic ou superieur que peut etre pour deux ou trois personnes. On espere de vous revoir pour vous montrer notre surris plus grande, puisque on aimen les vojageur ! A bientot donc
