On the first floor are the living room, kitchen integrated with the dining area, a guest bathroom, and two bedrooms. Each bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 extra single mattress. Next to the kitchen is access to the barbecue area, a space reserved for gathering the family and preparing a barbecue after the beach. This area also includes the laundry room and another bathroom. The stairs next to the barbecue lead to the third bedroom, located on the upper floor. The room has a double bed, a double sofa bed, and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils to comfortably accommodate the group during their stay. The house also provides bed linens and bath towels. For those arriving by car, there is ample space: a covered garage for up to 2 vehicles, plus an uncovered area that can accommodate approximately 2 to 3 cars, depending on size. It's a great option for those looking for space, beach, and a house prepared to accommodate larger groups without sacrificing communal areas. Other observations: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Parties or events are not allowed. Pets are only allowed upon prior consultation and are subject to an additional fee. Check-in: from 4 PM to 7 PM. After this time, there may be a fee of R$ 150. Check-out: until 12 PM. Before 7:30 AM, there may be a fee of R$ 150. Please respect the quiet hours of the property, from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. At check-out, we ask that you remove the trash and leave the used utensils organized. Only guests listed in the reservation may stay in the property.
