'For starters, the lobby and elevator smelled terrible, like cigarettes and marijuana. The bed was very uncomfortable, half of the plugs in the room did not work and the other half were loose and bad, one of the bedside lamps didn’t work, and our TV remote did not work even after going to the front desk for a replacement.
