'With food and drinks provided, both morning and evening, the need to "find a place to eat" just didn't exist. To road-weary travelers this is truly a blessing! It also made the hotel feel like a bit of a destination itself. The pool and gym looked excellent. I'm bringing my swimsuit next time.'

The staff was kind and helpful and parking was a breeze. We also really enjoyed the breakfast; there were plenty of options enough for all the guests. 'During my road-trip planning, I found the Old Carrabelle Hotel and was immediately intrigued by its old nostalgic charm. When I arrived, the hotel was easy to find and parking was right in front. It was a self check in process (so check your email upon arrival for instructions). It's an old bed and breakfast in so you are assigned a room and room key (I was in the Hemingway room). My room was very cute with a welcome bag of toiletries on the bed and coffeemaker/supplies to make coffee...
