'First class experience'

'Virtual check in was pretty obnoxious. It's just not a welcoming experience to a property at this price point. Also, no on site breakfast or even like a coffee bar. Honestly the only employees on site are working at the restaurant, and only in the evenings. It's basically a shared air bnb. Oh and the pillows were awful.'

'The room was very clean; however, there was a lack of any sort of broom/dustpan and zero paper towels available when arriving. We opted to avoid any room service during the stay, and the lack of broom made it difficult to keep sand out of the room. We only went to the pool one day, we were honestly a little underwhelmed with the size of the pool - I can't imagine how cramped the pool would seem during more peak times of the year. We had to do a last minute audible on where we were staying...
