'The location was great. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable allowing me to enjoy one of the best night's sleep I have had in a long time. However, the public restroom off the lobby was dirty, didn't have soap in two of the three dispensors, the garbage can was overflowing with trash and had no papertowels with which to dry hands. The staff were on their phones everytime I walked into the lobby. '

'Beautifully kept property! Organic gardens, a lovely pool area with giant, fall trees above. Lush green grass, entire property is spotless. The rooms in the carriage house were slightly more minimal then expected but the bathrooms even better with heated floors that made the mornings extra cozy in november. 'Great location and just a short and pleasant walk to Healdsburg centre. Rooms were clean, mattress was comfy, bedding material was soft rather than starchy, parking was free and easy. Would definitely stay again given reasonable price for this area.'

Our room had plumping problems but the staff did their best to fix it and Extended Stay made it right by refunding our pet fee.Our one complaint thet only tool they could offer us was a plunger so flaccid that is only good for splashing water on the floor and oursleves. Very dog friendly. You have to ask for evertyhing now, but that is a product of irresponsible quests who steal household items.
