The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house (with private Jacuzzi) for rent in the town of Floyon. It has a surface area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 32 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, and a garden of approximately 3,000 m².

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 32 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc.
- A dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

On the mezzanine:
- Sleeping area 1: with a double bed (140×190), a single bed (for children up to 8 years old) and a single sofa bed
- Sleeping area 2: with two single beds

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A private jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to 5 people, awaits you for a moment of absolute relaxation.
- A beautiful 3,000 m² enclosed garden with a children's play area

The house is ideally located in Floyon, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
