'The hotel is in an amazing location! We very much enjoyed our stay and would come back. The only critique I have is that the hotel layout can be confusing. Only one elevator goes to the basement level but there’s no sign that indicates that. Also, there is a stairway to the pool and hot tub that is visible from many of the rooms so it looks like it’s the exit to the main outside area. 'Great location and top notch service from staff. Would definitely recommend. We stayed in the Ocean Lodge and every room has a spectacular view of Bar Harbor. Definitely what you are paying for... Staff was very courteous. The continental breakfast was very generous and all that was needed.'

'Stayed at the Main Street Motel for two nights. Room was clean and modern. Bathroom was decent and had good water pressure. Bed was soft and comfy. Pillows could be a bit softer. There was an “odd” smell. Wasn’t bad but was noticeable. Stopped noticing it after a while. Really liked the short walk to down town. Hard to beat the price. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel close to everything and don’t care about amenities, then this is the place for you. '

'Very convenient location in Bar Harbor close to all the Acadia attractions. Easy parking. Clean and large rooms with the balconies facing east to see the bay and sunrise. Surprisingly low-tech with a room key instead of an electronic key. Not too big of a deal. The reception desk was not very welcoming. We walked around and had to ask if it was reception. The person at the desk wasn't very friendly at all and answered questions in a rather abrupt way.'
