We (10 people, 4 kids) had a lovely time in the house. The communication with the owners Marita and Carl was really smooth from the start. The on-site support by Tristian, who is fluent in English and Turkish, was also great.
The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. We used the kitchen a lot and didn't miss a thing (you might want to bring a filter coffee machine for bigger groups though). Rooms are clean an very nice. I personally found the mattress in my bed a bit too soft, but I had much worse before and I guess it's a case of personal preferences.
The garden and pool are the highlight of the house. There's a nice big table to sit together in the evening, you can have barbecue and the garden offers some nice shadowy spots to escape the sun and read a book. Pool was amazing for the kids (nice water quality due to salt water electrolysis).
Getting to the beach and promenade can be a bit tricky at frist. It's actually not far (10 min max by foot), but if you take a wrong turn, you might end up in a dead-end street. It's best to follow the wall of the cemetery (or go straight trough it). But you'll get the hang of it after 2 days or so.
The city center and promenade are lovely with some nice restaurants, bars, live music in the evenings and a really wonderful bazar (Sevgi Pazarı - near Nemrut Bay Otel). The beach is okay, but not that great. It's better to go to Hanedan beach or Voodoo beach club (Mersinaki Koyu), which takes about 20-25 minutes by car. The beach spots closer to Yenifoca are also nice, but with a lot of rocks in the water, so not ideal for kids.
