Villa Fara B is an elegant and welcoming apartment that is part of a villa surrounded by olive groves. It sleeps four people. From Villa Fara B you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Fara B is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Foiano della Chiana, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the bus stop at 170 meters (560 feet).
Villa Fara B is located on the basement floor. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Fara B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.45 meters (4.8 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool, can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff) and is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the pool with guests staying at 2 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until mid-October.
Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a nice view of the swimming pool and of the hills. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Wellness room with bathroom
You will be able to enter the wellness room through an external access. In the wellness room you will find a Turkish bath. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a jacuzzi bathtub.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Living Room
The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a long sofa. There is a nice fireplace made of glass. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the swimming pool through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a steam oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate three guests. The kitchen has no windows. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the swimming pool through a French door. The room has a high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two high windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen through an access area.
