Een vijfsterrenvakantie wacht op u. Dit (5 SLAAPKAMER ~ 4 BAD) huis werd voltooid in 2012. Het is gevuld met op maat gemaakte details, waaronder een ingelegde surfplank in de woonkamer, op maat gemaakte rock-aanrechtbladen, het beroemde "wave trappenhuis", evenals op maat gemaakte master suite en bad op het hoogste niveau. Dit verhoogde strandhuis (SLEEPS 12) is huisdiervriendelijk en de tuin is volledig omheind. The Wave House ligt op slechts 2 blokken van het strand en op 5 blokken van Center Street. Gunstig gelegen bij het Pirate's Cove Playground & Skate Park met tennis- en basketbalvelden, evenals een hondenpark. Dit huis is ZEER UNIEK !!

Het huis heeft 3 niveaus. Er is een appartement op de EERSTE VERDIEPING van het huis dat is verbonden met het hoofdgebouw, maar ook een eigen ingang heeft. Het voegt twee extra slaapkamers, een complete badkamer, een woonkamer en een volledige keuken toe.
Het HOOFDNIVEAU opent naar een ruime woonkamer, eetkamer en complete keuken. De grote veranda aan de woonkamer biedt voldoende ruimte om buiten te eten en entertainment. Deze high-end keuken is volledig uitgerust, met op maat gemaakte werkbladen, op maat gemaakte kasten en alle nieuwe apparaten. Er zijn twee koningin slaapkamers en 2 volledige baden op het hoogste niveau ook.
De bovenste verdieping is gewijd aan MASTER SUITE. Het is over en voorbij met een "leeshoek" gedeeld door 200-jaar oude deuren uit India en een grote privé openlucht veranda. De Master Bath beschikt over alle tegels en op maat gemaakt steenwerk met een uniek OPEN AIR JACUZZI TUB!

Wave House

We had a great week at the Wave House. Great location, short walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to into town. The house was spacious, unique and had plenty of room for our large group. We enjoyed the pool and front porch for meals and hanging out. Great house and would definitely stay again!

Beachy Bachelorette

Six gals in their thirties had plenty of room to spread out, get ready, and get good shut-eye during our long weekend. The Wave House is so friendly, funky and colorful. Although it wasn't pool weather, we enjoyed a dunk in the beautiful, in-ground pool, and all of the custom-built showers were very charming. The grill needs a good clean, there was quite a bit of flare up when we used it, but it didn't deter us from a good time. There is a slight odor that accompanies the basement... and only one cockroach, but we realize these are all hand in hand with beachy, dog-friendly, island dwelling homes. Ultimately, we enjoyed our stay and want to thank the Wave House for a very memorable weekend celebrating our bride.

Fall on Folly

A very unique property. Lots of space. Lots of woodwork. Great location. Reasonably stocked kitchen for dining in. Nice pool but it was too chilly this time of year. Roomy .

Convenient and Spacious

The large amount a space was perfect for our large group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with spacious room. The short two minute walk to the beach is perfect for a fun day. Or a nice day at the pool with lots of seating and shade.

Wavehouse family vacation

Wavehouse was a great choice for our family vacation. It was spacious, comfortable, and close to the beach. The pool area was a highlight, and our dogs loved the yard. We recommend bringing a wagon for easy transportation.

Great familly house and location

Loved the comfort of the house for our 9 guests and 2 dogs. The pool was a big hit with our teenagers and it was so lovely sitting out in the backyard during the day. In the evening we liked sitting out in the front porch having dinner and playing games. The house slept everyone comfortably and there were plenty of bathrooms. The beach is a short walk away and the sand is beautiful and the kids enjoyed the waves for boogie boarding. Center Street is a 15 minute walk although we rented a golf cart which was lots of fun so we often used that. The kitchen met our needs and the couch was comfortable. We could have used a larger sitting area in the tv room but we made it work. A few members of our group love tennis and pickleball andd it was so convenient have courts close to the house. There were pick up pickleball games a few times a week in the morning. We enjoyed the beauty of the area and would definitely come back in the future. We had a fabulous stay.

The Wave House rocked!

This property was perfect for our family trip, which included 10 adults. The layout could not have been better, and we loved having the pool. The walk to the beach was easy and short. There were a few kitchen items that we could have used: baking sheets, measuring spoons and cups, and more silverware. However, these were minor issues. We'd definitely love to come back and stay! Highly recommend.

Overall stay was great. The house is as pictured in photos. The outdoor space was great and grandchildren loved the pool...probably more than beach!! The location is fantastic as it is walkable to all the restaurants even with babies...using a stroller of course. We stayed on downstairs level and children/grandchildren stayed upstairs. Beds were comfortable and the downstairs was quite soundproof other than the running of little feet. The kitchen upstairs was well stocked for cooking. The downstairs kitchen is not as user friendly or well stocked but does have a coffee pot which is all we really needed. Overall great stay and would recommend if going to Folly beach.

Fabulous Beach House

The Wave is the perfect home for larger groups and especially if you have a dog. The house is in a great location- 2 short blocks from the beach and only 15 mins walk to coffee shop, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked. Large bedrooms, 3 of them with en suite bathroom. Lots of great hang out space inside and out. The yard is ideal for a dog- fully fenced in with the bonus of a dog park across the street if your pup is looking for some play time.

House was very cool and just a short stroll to the beach, there is a nice park behind the house. We had some issues with a leak from the top floor, and a septic smell during our stay but management was quick to reply.

Great stay on folly beach

The house was exactly as listed. Our family had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for the kids to spread out and have their own space. The common areas were big enough to support everybody within walking distance of everything and would highly recommend and we are planning on staying there again in the future.

Great spot to relax and enjoy family time

This was a great location, combining unique Folly Beach flavor with all the amenities we needed to enjoy a few days of family time at the holidays. There was even a little Christmas tree waiting for us! Super pet-friendly for my grand-dog. Would definitely visit again.

Perfect Family Getaway

We come to Folly Beach every year, but this was our first stay at the wave house! It was more than enough space for our family to spread out and relax. From the covered porch to the pool/yard to the outdoor tub upstairs… there are so many things I loved about this home. We were already talking about booking it again before we’d even gone to bed the first night!

Epic beach vacation

Our friend group of 8, plus our 2 fur babies, just returned home from an amazing vacation. We try to make the trip to Folly every year and this was our best stay yet. The house was perfect- just a short walk over to the beach. One of the highlights was spending the evenings in the backyard pool. We had frequent communication from property management and no issues whatsoever. The layout and design of the house is so cool and unique. We were so sad to leave!
