Vaar weg voor een ontspannen vakantie in dit herenhuis met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers in de felbegeerde wijk Water's Edge. Het onlangs gerenoveerde en gemeubileerde huis is ideaal gelegen in de gemeenschap met een ongeëvenaard uitzicht op de rivier Folly en de nabijgelegen jachthaven. Gelegen op slechts een huis lager van het zwembad en de steiger van Water's Edge en een korte wandeling naar het strand, zult u genieten van het beste van alle werelden!

Het eerste niveau is een garage van waaruit u toegang heeft tot het huis en een patio op de begane grond. Het tweede niveau van het huis herbergt een open concept keuken, eet- en woonkamer en een afgeschermde veranda. Van overal in deze kamer kunt u de vissers, boten, dieren in het wild of de 42-inch flatscreen-tv met dvd / blu-ray bekijken. Op deze verdieping vindt u ook een complete badkamer en een suite met een queensize slaapkamer met een 36-inch flatscreen-tv.

De trap op, aan de rechterkant komt u in de rustige hoofdslaapkamer, compleet met aparte inloopkast, grote badkamer met jacuzzi, inloopdouche, dubbele wastafel, een kingsize bed en een onbedekt balkon, perfect voor ontspanning buiten. Deze kamer heeft ook een 36-inch flatscreen-tv.

Aan de andere kant van het huis vindt u de derde slaapkamer suite. Deze kamer is perfect voor kinderen, maar zal ook volwassenen comfortabel slapen. Het gezellige tweepersoonsbed heeft een stapelbed en een uitschuifbaar uitschuifbed. Er is een extra, op zichzelf staand eenpersoonsbed. Deze kamer heeft ook een flatscreen-tv en een eigen complete badkamer.

Een dagje historisch Charleston bezoeken? Loop over de Charleston-batterij, verken de markt, picknick in Waterfront Park of maak een rit met paard en wagen door de Heilige Stad. Als er tijd is, bezoek dan een vooroorlogs herenhuis of plantage, avontuur naar het aquarium, stop bij een lokale hotspot om de laatste roddels van Charleston te vangen, of maak een cruise bij zonsondergang in Charleston Harbor.

This property was beautiful and perfect. We were in the area for a ball game. We came in late and the townhome was completely ready. We had several players that shared the room with single beds and parents had the other room. The property was.alittle expensive, but we enjoyed the stay.

Excellent location close to many shops and restaurants. Golf Cart rental is a must if you have several kids. Quick ride to the beach or dining. Could walk it if you want to, but wouldn't recommend with several kids. Solid dock that you could use as a day dock if you wanted to keep your boat. Would return!

My only complaint would be the furnishings. A little tired. There needs to be more seating in the living area. Perhaps a sectional and a couch. Some of baseboards loose. ( where trash can is). The toilet in master bedroom noisy. Oil for chains on bikes. ( maybe a tool set for bikes). So basically Just little stuff . We had a very nice time and we thank you for letting us check in early. Barbara

Nice maybe update some kitchen appliances like griddle and propane grill outside. We enjoyed our stay. Very nice views and comfortable, pool was great also. Great location.

Walking distance to downtown Folly and the beach. Pool was easy to access, as well as the dock going out to the inter coastal where we caught flounder, stingray, spot tail, crabs and shrimp. Screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails, bug free.

Beautiful sunsets, a quick bike ride or walk to all the restaurants in Folly, what more can you ask for? Plenty of space for our group of 4 but the condo could hold more. We saw dolphins every morning out from the covered patio. Folly Beach is like heaven on earth. Such a fun beach town with hometown stores and beautiful beach homes without tall condos everywhere. My wife has decided we are retiring to Folly in ten years if we can afford it. Highly recommended.

My family and I had a great stay at your propety. The house was well stocked and the location was perfect. It was easy to walk to restaraunts, shops and the beach and it was an easy ride to downtown charleston. Our son will be stationed here for the next two years and I'm sure we will visit and rent with you again. I have also recomended it to friends already.

We really enjoyed our stay at Waters Edge 123. Folly Beach is so much fun! The location of the condo is perfect! It’s walking distance to the beach and to the main drag of Folly! Great restaurants we loved Loggerheads and Taco Boy! The shops are cool. My kids loved Dulce Banana (ice cream/frozen yogo shop) and it great you can walk there after dinner! Water’s Edge is super easy to find. With everything being walking distance you do not even need to get back in the car but if you wanted to it’s easy to hop in the car, get on Folly Road and drive to Charleston for the day! Overall the condo was very comfortable! The sunsets from the decks were amazing! We had everything we needed for our week stay. Tons of extra towels and plenty of linens and blankets! It could use a little sprucing up and maybe a deep cleaning. It felt clean we just found cobwebs and dust bunnies. It was really nice having a washer and dryer too ( they were a little noisy though). Other families staying at Water Edge’s were super friendly. We would definitely stay there again! You can not beat the location and the views!

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. Minutes from the beach and only about 25 mins from downtown Charleston, yet the property itself feels pretty secluded. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our 9 night stay. The view from the living room and master bedroom was beautiful! We did have one issue, the neighbors next to us were being VERY loud (we could hear them over the TV) After awhile, we politely asked them to quiet down, but they began mocking us, cursing, got louder and started playing music. The neighbors were so disrespectful, they even yelled “NIGHT NEIGHBORS” across the deck before they went in. We tried calling the property manager, but there was no answer. I did submit a complaint for noise/profanity via email and never received a response. This only happened one night, so aside from the one Incident, everything was perfect. The property manager has little control over this isolated event, so I’m still giving this property a 5 star review! We would return in a heartbeat and would have stayed longer if able.

Overall a decent condo, it could use a solid deep clean and some updates. Carpet was definitely “lived in” and some grimy spots on furniture. For the purpose of our trip it was perfectly fine since we weren’t inside much, kitchen was nice and the bed was comfy. The views of the boats and the sunset from the decks are amazing though!

The rental is in great location - an easy walk to the beach and restaurants in Folly Beach and a quick drive to Charleston. The pier is next door and a great place to watch the sunset. The condo was a great space for six adults - the bedrooms were spacious and having three bathrooms was convenient.

Sail Away was a Destination to remember for its view, it’s sunset, the dolphins morning swim and the place was a perfect set-up for our two families and kids. Wonderful vacation!

Overall we were very happy with the property. The location was perfect...able to walk to town and to beach if not carrying anything much. The sunsets views were great and the proximity to the pool was terrific. There were a couple of issues that we reported and Dunes Properties were very accommodating. We reported that the cleaning crew had done a less than stellar job and they offered to have a crew come in to clean. Also the parking was not properly explained so that a guest of ours had a boot put on their car. Again Dunes properties agreed to reimburse the cost for removing the boot and to insure that all employees would be trained on the explanation of the parking. There is a slight tear in the screen porch but it did not affect any insects getting in. I would recommend this property for a great location and because Dunes properties appears to be anxious to please and meet the needs of their guests.
