This studio is a great option for 1 or 2 people wanting to visit Folly Beach, and have a little more solitude than a hotel provides.

Located 1 block from the beach, and one block from Center Street - the heart of downtown Folly - the unit features a queen bed, a HD flatscreen TV with Blu-ray player and unlimited streaming movies via Netflix, a convenience fridge, microwave & coffeemaker and access to an outdoor communal grill and gas fire pit.

This studio is perfect and all you need for a week of R&R!! Bert's Market is in the same building as the studio, has everything you need (including the BEST huevos rancheros), and the friendliest employees. There was a small water leak emergency. The host Julia replied right away told us to go out & enjoy dinner on her :) We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect place for me and my mom to stay for a long weekend. We could walk to the beach and restaurants/shops and itโ€™s right behind Bertโ€™s market. If youโ€™re a light sleeper bring earplugs or a fan to dampen neighbor noise. Iโ€™ll stay here again.

Location couldnt have been any better if u r looking to chill and get good food. 2 minute walk to beach. Less than 20 steps to live music at Chico Feo. 2 minute walk to 10 awrsome restaurents. Great hosts who communicated woth us any time if we needed anything. Room, is just that, it is a room, but with large vathroom and comfortable bed. We will be back!

Great place to stay on Folly if you are in Charleston for a couple days. Right near the beach and Omar and Julia are highly responsive to any questions/issues. Highly recommend!

Beachy little getaway was fantastic. This studio is tiny but I stayed almost 2 weeks with my dog and fit everything i needed in there if not more. Location is right behind the best little grungy (in a good way) grocery store. I never had to get into my car unless i wanted to. It is in a building with other units so there is some noise, similar to shared walls at hotels but I will most likely be going back for another visit since i plan to visit the area often.

This is our 4th time staying at this location. We love this location bc itโ€™s connected to Bertโ€™s and beside Chico feo + walking distance to center st. We come to folly beach several times/year..

Although we had some issues getting in, the place was a perfect little getaway for my husbands birthday. The location is great. Just a short walk to the beach. It might be helpful to have a map of the local hangouts and restaurants. We will definitely stay again.

Location is good for easy access to the beach, Bert's market and Center Street. The studio apartment was a bit small but functional. Unfortunately we had noisy tenants living above us who stayed up late playing music .

This little studio apartment is amazing. The ambience is incredible. Itโ€™s right next-door to an iconic little market that has everything that you could even dream of wanting or needing, and it is two streets away from the beach, and from the most amazing sunrises ๐ŸŒ…. And the people who manage it, and the little market, have the sweetest energy ever. We will be back many many times for sure. Namaste. ๐Ÿ๏ธ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Perfect stay for you and a friend or significant other and your fur babies. The location was clutch and the management answered me promptly. Even with unprecedented cold weather over Christmas me and my two pitties had a blast! Would def stay again!

Bed comfy-very small room. Bathroom good size. Heating system was hard to operate and the bathtub required a masters degree in fluid dynamics to work. Could use a few more shelves. Kitchen area was great. And a Great location on Folly beach. We love Berts!

This is definitely a VERY small place, but feasible if you don't mind being crowded. There needs to be more insulation between the first and second floors, since the people above us were very noisy & rude, stomping on the floor & coming in late every night disturbing our sleep!!! Hang tags also need to be provided for guests' cars parked in specified spots, since someone took our spot & we didn't want to get towed if we parked in a space other than ours! Had to go next door to ask property manager what to do!!! More linens need to be provided since we only had 3 bath towels, 3 hand towels, & 3 washcloths for 2 people for 3 days! Requested more & finally got them next day, but no washcloths at all!!!! When we got back to our place from the beach on our last day, we were locked out, since our door code had been changed!!! Luckily, the property manager is in the market next door & called the owner to give us access to our rental! Very aggravating and inconvenient!!! The plus side is that it's in an excellent location since it's within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops, and food market right next door! Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but will not rent this apt again since it's way too small, noisy, and there were too many problems dealing with the owner which took up our vacation time & constant problems to deal with!!!
