THE SHORE is a four-bedroom, three-bath beach retreat that sleeps eight, planted just off Center Street amid everything Folly Beach has going on. Open and full of light, it offers the easygoing, newly renovated coastal vibe you'd want a short walk from the sand.



Out back, a fenced, palm-shaded courtyard wraps a saltwater pool (heated on request), with bubbling deck jets, a travertine sun deck, loungers and a shaded dining table set up for leisurely lunches and slow afternoons.



The ocean is two blocks away and the made-over Folly Beach Pier is a quick walk down the shore. You're a block off Center Street, where Rita's Seaside Grille handles breakfast and beachy drinks, Woody's pours the best pizza in town, and Bert's Market keeps the cooler stocked late.



The Space:

Primary suite — king bed, vaulted ceiling, spa-style en-suite with a glass walk-in shower (upstairs)

Queen room + twin room — share a second full bath

Queen guest room — private bath (main level)



The hub of the house is a bright, open living area that connects to the patio, with a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen ready for everything from morning coffee to a fresh-caught seafood dinner. Island seating for four, a dining table and in-home laundry round things out.



Guest Access:

Off-street parking is right at the door, and the fenced courtyard and saltwater pool are yours for the stay.



Getting Around:

We provide complimentary off street parking right in front of the property, making it easy to arrive by car and explore the island at your own pace. While Folly Beach is best enjoyed on foot or by bicycle given our prime location just steps from the ocean and Center Street, visitors typically fly into Charleston International Airport, which is approximately a thirty minute drive from the home. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area if you prefer not to drive during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

The saltwater pool can be heated on request.
