Love the condo. Great location and nice clean unit. Folly beach is a great place for a quick girls trip. Close to restaurants and bars. Had a nice trip, will visit again.

Three sisters and their husbands enjoyed the week at Folly. Plus, we got surprised with a visit from our Granddaughter who was on summer break from college. We had a wonderful week. The unit was everything described. The location would have been perfect if the elevator worked efficiently. I must give credit for the service guys they did their magic. It was on short intervals. This unit was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped if you want to fix meals. A trip to the pier after dinner for ice cream and a walk could easily be habit forming. We love Folly and appreciate our stay.

Cute, cute cute! Our first impression when we walked through the door. We immediately felt comfortable and cozy. We never saw it when it was drab but it is surely FAB now! It had everything we needed for our stay. The view was great. The kitchen was great and the lovely furniture was clean and comfortable. We are already looking at the calendar to rebook this incredible unit!

We had a relaxing stay at Villa Carolina. The unit was beautiful with a great view. It was nice staying with the beach only steps away. I would definitely recommend this unit.

We traveled to celebrate our son graduating from MUSC and brought family also. The 3 bed/3 bath was decorated nicely and amply equipped with all we needed. I was blown away with two types of wine glasses! We hired a private chef and he had all he needed as well! The support staff was responsive and helpful each time we reached out. Little mold in master shower, but they are hard to keep clean. We loved the deck and view and location!

Location was easy to get to & not far from Charleston or the other areas we wanted to visit during our stay. We loved the decor in this unit & really made it feel homey & comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Uncork & Unwind was a great unit.

Family of 5 came into Charleston this weekend to enjoy a wedding downtown, and took the opportunity to get a VRBO on Folly Beach. Check-in process was seamless, and well communicated. Condo was well appointed, and very comfortable. Could have used some additional towels/face towels, but a minor inconvenience to a special weekend with memories. Perhaps when it is a bit warmer, we'll come back and enjoy more time at the beach. No regrets.

Condos at Ocean Front Villas are well appointed , clean and comfortable with unbeaten ocean views. Management team is to be applauded for their immediate help with any issues. We have stayed here for many years and will continue to rent going forward.

Our stay was great. Plenty of space for my kiddos, the view was wonderfu. The pool is a nice added bonus for the kids too! Only drawback is the 4th floor.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s very CLEAN!!! The location is great! On beach, close to everything. A great restaurant across the way “loggerfrog”. Delicious. Get thr mozzarella sticks!!!! We rented a golf cart and drove around. You can walk everywhere, but golf cart made it fun!!! We drove golf cart to lighthouse beach! Worth it!!!!

The property is really nice and updated. The reality people were great to work with. Not a fan with the options form the rental equipment with $250 credit, it would be nice to allow bikes as an option since there is a bike rack on site. Chairs are expensive and you still need to pay a delivery fee. Overall great place and would recommend

This was a wonderful property for our family. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. With an infant, we needed several breaks from the sun throughout the day so it was very nice to be so close to the pool and beach! We also enjoyed being within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. We plan to return!

Our first time at Folly beach. Condo was great! Walking distance to everything on Folly. Had 3 warm and sunny beach days, and the 3 overcast days were spent in Charleston, Fort Sumter, Boone Plantation, and Stono Ferry golf course. Would definitely come back!

The property is located right in the heart of Folly Beach. The main Folly Beach pier is being torn out and being replaced, so there is construction right outside. It is not supposed to be done until 2023. The room was nice and had a good layout. The beds could use updating. Every time I rolled over, the bed would make a lot of noise. The other beds were similar. We stayed up fairly late, but there is a bar across the street with live outdoor music fairly late into the night. Overall though, it was a nice place and we would stay there again.

The property in general was beautiful! Very clean, all updated, and it was like a home away from home! We have stayed at Charleston Ocean Front Villas for years, and it can be a hit or miss with who is managing the condo. We have found the check in experience with this specific property management company (Dunes Properties, Charleston Coast Vacations) was amazing! Their specialist Tracy was incredible. All the difference in the world! A smooth check in and true attention to detail with the specialist. She made sure that we were taken care of from beginning to end! Loved our stay! 5 Star for sure! Will book again with This specific company.

We always try to come down to Folly Beach after Thanksgiving every year, and we always stay in the Villas. They are a perfect location, right on the beach and always exactly what you need.

Beautiful decor, nice appliances, nice fixtures in bathrooms, master shower is beautiful...it’s the reason we booked this condo and not another one, lots of pillows, lots of hangers, lots of white towels, kitchen is stocked with anything you’d need even both types of coffee makers which was good when one stopped working, really great that every bedroom has own tv, nice balcony furniture Needs to be fixed: Keurig stopped working, says it’s on but won’t heat up. Kitchen overhead light is out. Shower in queen bedroom wouldn’t drain, so we used one of the other bathrooms. Should do to make stay better: Queen bed is hard as a rock, twin beds are also very hard, king bed is pretty good. Put a security latch on front door for peace of mind so renters can lock themselves in and feel safer at night. Address the banging gate with HOA. It slams closed all hours of day & night, so don’t plan on being able to sleep in.

This property is beautifully updated and is in a great location. The downside is that the appliances were not good. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes and the washing machine actually left brown marks on my clothes that weren’t there before washing

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. We ran into one issue with the door lock not working, and when I contacted the management they came and corrected it right away. It was also frustrating that the pool directly below our unit was inaccessible for a few days because they were painting the gate -- but it's just the way things go sometimes with timing (and we understand that things need to be taken care of, so it was no big deal and there was another pool on the other side of the building that we used). Overall the stay was magical - the condo is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. I recommend it and would love to go back!

This was our first time in Folly Beach. The property was decorated very nicely and looked like it had been recently renovated. We appreciated having a bathroom for each bedroom, and there were lots of bath towels. No beach towels so bring your own. The view from the unit was nice and we liked watching the surfers in the morning. It is a top floor unit so there is no overhang over the balcony so you can’t use it unless weather is nice. We had one day of rain all day and it would have been nice if the TV’s were capable of getting Netflix or Amazon Prime. The beds were not particularly comfortable in the King room or the twin room. My daughter (the queen room) was the only one who didn’t complain about mattresses. Loved the proximity to Charleston. Probably wouldn’t stay in Folly Beach again but that’s a personal preference.

We stayed here after having to change our vacation plans because of COVID and had a great time. We are used to larger more commercial resorts, but this place was great. Access to the beach and the town of Folley Beach left us with plenty to do. We will be coming back in the future.

We met my daughter in Charleston for her school break. The place was spotless and perfect size for our party of 6 3 BR 3 baths. I LOVED the master shower! Everything was great...including the property manager who had to help with our log in code.

You cannot ask for a better location when staying at Folly than this property. The view overlooks the pier on a very generous balcony. The unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable. When we arrived it was after hours and pouring rain. The leasing company gave great instructions but it was dark and the lock was very difficult to read the numbers. I did call the office and had a call back immediately and did get our check in package without any other issues. We also had one time the code did not work and I called the office and right away they helped me out and got us in the room. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was great. Living room furniture, kitchen equipment and linens are all old, worn and stained. Beds were uncomfortable and soft (singles were very old sagging mattresses with foam on top). Property management company needs to pay more attention to details (no batteries in the remotes). Also to cleaning (fingerprints on walls, fridge, stains on furniture and linens). I wouldn't stay in this unit again unless it is throughly cleaned and beds and linens updated.

This condo was beautifully furnished and was in a great location close to the pier and downtown Folly. The kitchen was well-equipped, the linens were good quality, and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed staying in Villa Carolina. The accomodations were very nice. Only issues were that the outlet on the balcony didnt work, overhead lights in the queen bedroom were very dim, and there was a rather large stain of some kind under one of the twin mattress pads. We also really enjoyed having the VayK gear delivered and ready for use when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!!
