The gentleman at the front desk lacked professionalism as the front desk person is an ambassador of the establishment..personally, if you're unhappy with your management or corporate heads, I believe you should deal with them, not your customers...however, he was helpful with the sign on for wifi
Unfortunately, this location is in need of some tlc...the ice machine wasn't working and it appeared it hadn't for sometime...bathroom door...

'Clean room, spacious pool and hot tub area. Usually stay in “better” parts of Duluth…but this hotel was reasonable in pricing and ended up being a nice surprise. Would not walk around much outside, but I felt safe in the parking lot and in the hotel. Clean, nice breakfast, good coffee. '

'We stayed two night, pool and hot tub area were nice but could use some TLC like: clean the ceiling fans, hot tub jets were barely working, could do a little maintenance on the hot tub floor. Room was clean and beds were comfortable, a/c unit sounded like it had paper in the fan and was very noisy. Room overall was ok for the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was very good Saturday morning, well kept up with fresh coffee and food. Sunday morning was a disaster for breakfast, different person saw...

'Stayed Fri and Sat. Wasn't too happy about coming back to an uncleaned room on Sat after a day of being out. Told staff that housekeeping didnt even go in our room and was shrugged off. Why am I paying the same rate as everyone else if I have to clean my own room, beds, garbage, towels etc? Oh well. Ill book elsewhere next time. '

'Room was very clean. However, the sign for the Disabled parking place had been knocked down and was laying on the grass in front of the space. Also, guests were allowed to sit on the benches in the covered entryway by the front door and SMOKE. This is totally unacceptable in a "Smoke Free" facility. Designate a smoking area at the edge of the property so guests aren't forced to go through a cloud of smoke to enter or exit using the front door!!'
