The Space:

Welcome to Windmill Cottage, your luxurious home away from home on Lake Geneva! Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this 2-bedroom condo is located in the exclusive Abbey Springs community.



Step inside to a naturally lit, open-concept living space. Unwind on the plush sofa in front of the TV after a day of exploring. The adjacent dining area features a table for 4, with additional counter seating for another 4 just steps away in the kitchen.



Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which boasts:

- Bright white cabinetry and shiny countertops

- All standard appliances

- Drip coffee maker

- Cookware and dining ware



Enjoy your morning coffee at the café table for two on your private, covered patio, complete with a comfortable outdoor sofa.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests across two bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: King-size bed, and a small desk for a private workspace.

- Bedroom 2: Full-size bed and a set of twin-size bunk beds.



The home includes one full guest bathroom with a dual vanity and a modern walk-in shower, plus an in-home washer and dryer for your convenience.



Guest Access:

Your stay includes full access to the entire 2-bedroom condo and its private patio.



Additionally, guest passes are included in your nightly rate, granting you full access to the incredible amenities within the private Abbey Springs community. You will check in at the community's security checkpoint to receive your access cards and parking passes.



Your exclusive access includes:

- A private sandy beach with swim piers on the shores of Geneva Lake

- An indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day)

- A community hot tub

- A state-of-the-art fitness center

- Har-Tru tennis courts

- A game room with an arcade

- Onsite restaurants and a full-service marina



A golf cart is also available for your use within the community from approximately May through September. Please note that an additional agreement must be signed to receive the key.



Other Things to Note:

- Construction Notice: Starting in September 2026, there may be active construction at the lakefront (yacht club, restaurants, beach, etc.). Abbey Springs may limit or close lakefront amenities at any time due to this.

- Amenity Availability: The indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, sport courts, fitness center, beach, and restaurants are provided by the Abbey Springs community. Their operation is at the discretion of the community and availability is not guaranteed. The host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.

- Parking/Checking in with security: The parking is not designated to the unit. It is first come first serve. Additional cars beyond 2 must park at the Abbey Springs office. Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 6 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.

- Fireplace: The electric fireplace in the living room is for decorative purposes only and is not available for guest use.

- Early Check-in/Late Check-out: These requests are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary, and additional hours are $30 each.

- Occupancy Restriction: The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

Interaction with Guests:

We believe in giving our guests privacy and space to enjoy their vacation. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the booking platform or phone if you have any questions or need assistance. Check-in is handled seamlessly through the Abbey Springs community security office.
