'Very communicative: prompt answer due to last minute booking and needing shuttle service. In English :) Pickup middle of the night at airport but driver was there right in front of arrivals. Spacious room with coffee facilities :) Possibility to open a window (as hotel rooms mostly are too hot) and great choice in breakfast ( room service due to Covid) and good coffee. And super located, between all points of interest and a square with lots of food places. Can recommend...'

'super hotel in good area'

'Heel erg mooi en nieuwe allemaal. Alles is van hoe kwaliteit van eten tot service tot accommodatie.'

' Large hotel with international clientele. Room was spacious and had good amenities. Good household-staff. They are next to a high-end shopping-mall (including an enormous supermarket) and at walking distance of the centre of Kyiv. Breakfast was rather complicated as there were not enough seats. Everything (& I mean everything) was pre-packed. I don't know whether this is standard or if it has a connection with COVID. '

'Zeer schoon en personeel buitengewoon behulpzaam. Doen meer dan je van ze verlangt'

'Great apartment, spacious, large living room, bed room, kitchen, bath room. Very clean. Great location near metrostation. In the street of the hotel are restaurants, shops.'

'Great Hilton hotel, not my first time at this hotel and I will come back. Wonderful Beds and the shower is perfect! '

'Nice art nouveau style rooms! A lot of space! Nice and friendly staff! I come here everytime with a smile! '

'This listing is completely misleading. They claimed there was a washer in the apartment, but that was a lie. Instead, there were three washers in the hallway and all of them were broken. The apartment itself had a horrible odor, the furniture was extremely cheap, and it felt very unpleasant to stay in. The key pickup process was also a hassle, requiring me to go to another location just to collect the keys. Overall, a very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this place. '

'We had a nice 2 bedroom appartment. It was located near Independence square. It was very complete and clean. It was a great place to stay. The staff was very helpful. '
