'The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. 'The staff was SO sweet. Somehow we booked the romantic suite so were welcomed by a big heart of rose petals on our bed and a bottle of champagne. Since we were not in the mood for a big dinner, the adorable housekeeper set up a spread in the kitchen. They let us park right out front. I could go on, but you get the picture.'

'Staying at Villa Paulita was a superb experience. My only small criticisms were the lack of tissues in the room and no drinking water supplied on each day. For a hotel of the standard and price these should be supplied gratis.
