'Clean property, helpful and nice staff,'

'Room was clean but not stocked. Stove, microwave, refrigerator etc but no dishes, silverware,pans etc. Thin walls, hard to sleep with the loud talking and noise from nearby rooms tv's. Lacking a comfortable breakfast room, only 3 very tall tables. Nothing offered but coffee and the coffee was out one morning. I would suggest the Hampton Inn.'

'This is now our staycation place! Free dinner(essentially- but especially if you have kids), free breakfast, free drinks, and a big hot tub and pool that actually WORK! We have gone to several other places, but the hot tub is on the fritz, or it’s overcrowded, or it’s not as clean and kept up as it should be. This hotel was CLEAN, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Definitely going back!!'

'Wasn’t able to check in until 6 pm. Room not ready. Short staffed. Most of the time we were coming or going to property minimal staff or no staff present. We were supposed to be at a concert at 6:30. Messed up our plans.'

'John at the front desk was very nice and helpful when I asked where a good place to eat was in the area. he gave me several options. It really helped. I like to to get the opinion of people who live where i stay. you get the best options that way.'

'I booked a handicap accessible room with the rollin shower and the wheelchair did not even fit inside of the bathroom nor did we receive a roll-in shower like we reserved. My husband literally could not take a shower and had to hobble on one leg into the bathroom to even use the toilet what a joke of an accessible Hotel room. Also the supposed accessible room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the handicap accessible parking spots extremely inconvenient for accessibility.'

'Conveniently located hotel. Lobby area has an apré ski vibe. Rooms are rather dark and dated. Staff was friendly '

'Bed had crumbs in it. Pillows and bed had hair on them. No sheets or pillows for pullout bed only 1 sheet and a thin fitted sheet on the top as a comforter. There was loud music playing at 2 am in the room next to us. Doors slamming all night with people talking and banging on doors all night. '
