'We had birthdays for two people in our friend group and this place was truly so fit for the celebration! The space is well decorated, well cleaned, and well lit. We had a lot of fun touring the space and jumping between rooms and floors. The walk to rainbow beach was easy to follow. Host is very clear and consistent with communication. 'Enjoyed three nights at this property to hike the dunes. Location was good, towards the West side of the park but an easy drive to multiple hikes. Also had the option to walk directly from the house for the Miller Woods trail and Miller Woods Beach. Backyard was great for relaxing after a day of hiking. 'We had a great experience at the lake house. Everything was in great condition with all the amenities we could have asked for. Plenty of space and plenty of rooms for family of 12. 'Three weeks later tries to say we didn't pay when we have emails/proof saying otherwise. We checked in at the time, and some guy just comes in the backdoor with towels. Upon checkout, says we didn't leave the key & they had to get a locksmith - we literally saw someone come in with a key (man with towels at check in). Scary neighborhood, misleading advertising, terrible communication. '

'Yes this property isn't in the best area, but the house itself is amazing. The beds are comfortable. The fire pit is nice and they even have a s'mores kit! There are games, balls and a hula hoop for the kids. We stayed here to see Beyonce in Chicago and we'd do it again. Even had a free parkpass to get to the beaches l. It's a 10/10'
