Man at the desk for check-in was very nice but he hadn’t washed his hair in a long time which was offensive to me and the room smelled like dirty socks. The breakfast was not up to the standards of most Quality Inns.

The room was clean and well taken care of. Morning front desk shift has excellent customer service. Housekeeping was very nice.The pet fee is ridiculous. $20 per pet per day. That is the only thing that would keep me from staying here again.

I understand that weren't happy because you had to pay late check out fee we gave you 1 extras hour for late check you still check out 2 hours later so we had to charge to late check out fee.

Nope never again.
Room was average condition. Bed mattress was horrible. Mattress wasn’t flat. Felt like the area where your head was lower than your feet. The pillows were soooo small! Pillows looked about 16”x 16” square. Not a good nights sleep for sure. Breakfast was almost non existent. Only a few apples and toast. Coffee was available but tasted funny.

One night in Forest City
Just passing through Forest City for one night. The Quality Inn staff was freindly and accomodating. The room was clean and quiet.

I had a great stay. Nice cozy room. Heat and air works great. Staff was nice and very sweet.only thing that wasn't working was the ice machine. I just went to the store across the road and grabbed a bag no biggy.

We do have a very awesome and friendly staff here that are always willing to help in any way they can. We try to make the guests' stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. Sorry about the ice machine, we had a issue with it when it got so cold here and are just waiting on a technician from the company to come out and fix it. Thank you for understanding. The room was clean. Easily accessible with a pet. Front desk Heather & I think his name is Ron, friendly, helpful, 10 out of 10 for them. Location was perfect. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. The only problem was when the Choice corp who runs this hotel, held up a $704.00 “authorization” fee in which I knew NOTHING about when scheduling this week visit. This “fee” would be “released” 3-5 business days. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I will NOT be staying at another hotel run by Choice hotels. That was my vacation money, therefore, I was LIMITED as to how much I could spend. Customer service through Choice, not the hotel, was not helpful. They were almost clueless.

Accessible bathroom great! Bedding above average. Office and side chairs very comfortable. Appreciated having microwave & frig. TV OK, but had some difficulty using remote to locate channels.

Awful! Wouldn’t refund me and rooms full of smoke.
It was absolutely awful I checked in and first of all the manager gave away my room number in front of some questionable people behind me and I was traveling solo with young children. then I went to my room walked in and above me was smokers and the room was unclean and smelled horribly of smoke. I turned around went right back to the office and asked if they could be honest with me.. are there any rooms that aren’t smoking. And he said sorry they will all smell like smoke this is an old quality inn and everyone thinks when they book it that it’s the newer ones. Within the 10 minute refund period the guy cancelled my room before asking. He did call another hotel and He told me that they were good at the Hampton inn about not allowing smoking and you should take your family there instead. We have attempted to get a refund from Hotels.com but the property manager wasn’t answering and we have no way of getting a refund even though the hotels policy is you get refunds within 10 minutes. I never asked the guy to cancel my reservation and he did it right away. This all happened very late at night and I’m lucky I found another hotel that was clean and safe. I’m very disappointed with this process and hotels. Com

Sorry for inconvenience but I just want to know how do you know your room number that we gave out to other guest. Cause we don't even know what rooms you gonna get until you check in. And who ever told you that property being old and all are rooms gonna smell like this. I would like to know.
