'I was charged twice. I prepaid thru Expedia got there and was told it was just a hold so I gave them my credit card they charged me again told me that one of the charges would fall off but it did not. '

'This is great for a park and stay for your car. It should be known there is no shuttle after midnight and you are on your own… if you try to rebook alternate stays during a snow storm and don’t make it, there is a no- show fee. Upon finally arriving a “deal” was made that was more expensive than neighboring hotels with proper amenities. There was no hot water, even after running full blast for half an hour (hotel was empty), no drinking water or coffee. '

'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....

'We stayed at this hotel while at a travel softball tournament for our daughter. The amenities were great and our room was clean. There was plenty of parking. The manager on duty was incredibly helpful and kind. Our whole team stayed and they loved the pool and the complimentary breakfast. We were even allowed to gather in the dining area as a team and have dinner and unwind from the day together. Very youth sports team friendly! Definitely recommend!'

'The internet was down for my whole stay and the pool heater was broke: In the evening the night clerk was asleep and there was people wanting to check in ringing the bell. He finally appeared and you could tell he just woke up.'
