Hello and thank you for your review. Our pool is not open so for that reason the water has not been changed, I'm sure if you would have asked you would have been told that it was closed. The tv problem is because we had a lot of bad weather and most of the network has been going in and out, we were also having trouble with the Wi-Fi as the whole town was having the same problems. This hotel is not handicap friendly the shower when you turned it on shut the water into the bathroom and flooded the bathroom I had to use the ice bucket to fill up the toilet every time it need to be in flesh because it was not flushing and filling up the toilet for $80 a night this was not good it was more like $45 a night no $35 a night

Thank you for your review, I myself talked to you on a video chat. We try to satisfy all of our guest but as you no sometimes that's not possible. When people come early we let them check in and don't make them wait for our check in time. The front desk clerk does not know if a room is clean during this time but we try, I am sorry that the room wasn't ready but the next time just come after check in time. Bes value for a reason.
The hotel is a very old single story with multipal buildings that are spread out. A long walk to breakfast and ice. A hole in the floor in the corner of the bath and hole in the wall by the doop that was filled with a paper towel. Furnishing was newer and ok. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. New firnature was being installed. AC was noisy.

We are sorry that you found a hole in the wall, but as you know people try to destroy things when they don't belong to them. We have just finished painting, putting in new furniture, new beds, and also new carpet. It's not that far to walk especially when you are coming for free breakfast. We are working every day to improve our hotel and we are very proud of how it's coming along. We are sorry that you had a problem but we will check on it today and ask that the next time you have a problem to please come to the office and let us know, we will try our best to take care of it. The lady at the front desk was super nice. It is hard to get a hold of the manager to help solve issues. I called and left my number to reach back out to me.It has been 4 days now and no response. This was a last minute stay.We were tired from being on the road and needed a bed to sleep in. Bff always checks our room for everything, the only flaw was the shower curtain needs to be washed, if you are going to use cloth ones. The room was completely redone and amazing! Comfy beds, plenty of pillows,ac blasting cold. Used a coat hanger to clip the curtains tight. She was asleep within 15 minutes 😍

For the amount of money we paid I expected a nicer hotel. The hotel is run down and not kept up at all. The beds are HORRIBLE. I almost fell off the bed twice because it throws you to the outside when you move.

Both the night staff & day staff were Amazing!!! It's just too bad that they work for the worst property in the City of Forest Mississippi!!! That whole place needs to be torn down. I had a 3 night stay. Paid $264.00 but I checked out after 1 night!!!! This place was grimmy, dingy and required a complete 💯 overhaul. There is no way they should still be in business!!!! And the parking lot was flooded. The paint was peeling off the ceiling. And I had no ideal what the stains were in the carpet and on the wall. I thought I was in the gates of Hell!!!!

Thank you for your review, we are so sorry you had such a bad stay. I am not sure why our parking lot would have been flooded unless it was raining and we can not control that. We have been doing a lot of work on our rooms and I am not sure what room you had but we clean the carpet after each guest, we might have some stains but we can't tear up and replace the carpet every time there is a stain but as I said we do clean it. The paint coming off the ceiling is a bit much because I check our rooms at least once a week and I have found no problem . Thank you for staying with us and I would like to say we are improving our hotel daily and hope you give us another chance. Thank you again for your review.

we are sorry that you had this experience, if you come to our hotel and need anything all you have to do is ask. We let people check in to the rooms early and sometimes there may not be towels in the room for that reason. As for as the microwaves I am not sure why yours didn't work because we check to make sure every thing works every morning. I hope you come give us another try but if you have a problem with towels please wait to check in at 2 and if you have any problems please let front desk know. Thank you for your review
