'Fijn hotel. Vriendelijke staf, goed eten. 's Avonds hoorden we op onze slaapkamer, die boven de pub ligt, wel wat rumoer vanuit de pub, maar dat vonden we juist wel gezellig. Slechts één winkeltje in het dorp, gedreven voor -- alweer -- erg vriendelijke mensen. Aanrader!'

'There is a reason this is a three star hotel. Despite some pleasant room decor and very helpful staff there are many things that let it down. Exterior is shoddy, rooms look over a busy road or a busy courtyard- both are noisy when windows are open in warm weather. 'We stayed at the Kings Head last weekend and had a lovely time. The pub itself is gorgeous, decorated beautifully, it is cosy and inviting and located in a lovely spot by the stream.Although the actual car park itself was small this was no problem as we parked literally a couple of minutes away on the lane, perfect as it allowed the opportunity to see a tiny red squirrel busy in a nearby tree.
