'The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. '

'The best part of this property is the staff. However, we won't ever stay here again unless it's mid-week because of the proximity to the outlet mall as well as the Flea Market. The hotel was packed. The pool is tiny just in case you might want to use it. We didn't. Also, the pool is right by the elevator and the floor stayed wet. There were lots of loud preteens running around. We are seniors and will choose a bit pricier property next time and maybe it will be quieter. The floor tiles...

'Hotel was in a convenient location. Close to airport with a gas station right across the street. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Only complaint would be the airport transfer. Getting to the airport was great. Unfortunately, after we landed was a bit of a mess. We called front desk to let them know we were ready for a ride. Turns out, there were about 30 of us waiting for the same ride. The first van packed as many people in as they could, leaving 17 of us to wait. Called front desk...
