'Let me start by saying we got stuck on the 1st floor by a back door because the hotel was at 100% capacity. The room was definitely pet friendly which was a negative for us, the room was full of dog hair and you can tell they constantly have to use an ozone machine by the smell it had when we walked in. 'It was well maintained on the outside and the room seemed clean but had a terrible odor. Also we weren’t supplied with toilet paper or hand towels and no had to go buy them because front desk closed at 8pm. I also had to buy air freshener to tolerate the smell.'
