Rustige en charmante Mid Century Cabin

Dit architecturale juweeltje met 2 slaapkamers en 2 slaapkamers ligt aan een rustige straat en wordt omgeven door oudgroeiende Redwood-bomen. Zit in de achtertuin en ontspan met een glas wijn. Blijf binnen en bekijk het majestueuze bos door muren van glas en dakramen in elke kamer.

De binnenkant is onlangs gerenoveerd en creëerde een open en uitnodigende leefruimte. Dakramen in elke kamer - zelfs boven de bedden en boven de open haard - brengen het buitenleven naar binnen. Gepolijste betonvloeren en het geluidssysteem van een audiofiel maken dit een hut om te onthouden. Romantisch en gezellig voor een stel of een viertal en ook ideaal voor jonge gezinnen.

U zult deze cabine vlekkeloos knapperig en schoon vinden. U komt aan op een uitnodigend decor, aangelegde tuinen en boeketten met verse bloemen.

Geschikt voor maximaal vier (extra kosten voor maximaal 6). Comfortabele bedden zijn onder andere een CA King van European Sleepworks in de grote slaapkamer, queensize bed in de tweede slaapkamer en een bijna volledig opklapbare bank in de woonkamer. Binnen zijn er stralingswarmvloeren, een kachel en een houtgestookte Fisher-kachel om u warm en gezellig te houden. Hoogwaardig beddengoed en apparatuur, waaronder een Bosch-wasmachine en -droger, prachtige originele kunstwerken en kamerhoge ramen.

Buiten hoort u het geluid van de seizoenskreek die slingert door het land. U vindt Adirondack-stoelen en -banken, een barbecue, een hangmat en commerciële terrasverwarmers om u zoveel mogelijk van de glorieuze natuur te laten genieten. Veel van onze gasten laten ons weten dat ze na hun aankomst niet meer weg willen. We denken dat je hetzelfde zult voelen.

Stayed at the property for a few days during a vacation through Northern California. The property was perfect for my family and a perfect hub for exploring the surrounding area. The host was amazing and even provided bins of toys for our child to use while there. If I return to the area I hope this property is available for another stay.

Treat yourself to a stay at this cabin! We rent often-- Elizabeth was exceptionally service-oriented and friendly. The cabin was extra special in regards to decor, bed comfort, and having everything you need. We especially enjoyed the sound system that we set on spa music throughout the cabin. Starlink (recently installed) worked great for us just enough to stay in touch by text and emails, phone was a bit spotty. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay for relaxation, while still being close to wineries and Santa Rosa area restaurants that we love. Don't hesitate to book here!

Believe everything you've read in the reviews. Truely a wonderful home in amazing redwoods. Cleanliness is impecable and Elizabeth is beyone a super host. You won't find a more accomodating host and just wonderful person. If there were more than five stars to give we would. Don't miss a chance to stay there.

This is a really unique property that gives you the opportunity to stay tucked in a remote neighborhood, while also being within close proximity to some wonderful hiking, restaurants, wineries, and even the coast. Elizabeth is a top-tier host, who will make sure that you're comfortable, from booking through checking out. We had a blast. Highly recommended.

We spent 4 wonderful days at this property in early November. It was very nice, with many little details that added to the enjoyment of our stay including a well-stocked refrigerator, coffee service, and fresh flowers in vases. It is very quiet and somewhat isolated, in the forest so not much sunlight but beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings, it got cold outside and the floors were cold, so we appreciated the heated floors in the bathroom. There is no cell phone service in the area (it disappears a few miles from the house), but there is internet at the house. It was a little unreliable but fine for checking email and news. One odd note is that the master bedroom has no window coverings on the lovely floor to ceiling windows. We were there during the week so no one was around, but it still had a fishbowl feeling in the evenings with the lights on. The area is a little far away from the wineries we enjoy, so we did quite a bit of driving. There is no forest trail nearby for early morning or afternoon walking, so we drove elsewhere for these activities. Forestville is a small community and the restaurants there were mostly closed while we were present. The Farmhouse Inn is amazing, but being Michelin-starred, fairly pricey. And we drove to other restaurants, incorporating this into our planned itinerary so it wasn't a problem. All in all it was very much what we expected from a cabin in the woods, only better.

This cabin in the redwoods is an exceptional getaway for anyone who enjoys peace and nature. We were visited by hummingbirds every morning and watched the deer roam around in the evening. It is a short drive to all of wine country, especially the Russian River valley. Communicating with Elizabeth was wonderful and she made a personalized experience for my wife and me who were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. A great place you will not forget!

We had a lovely stay at the cabin, which is located in a very tranquil area of the redwoods. It is beautiful and a great place to unwind but also conveniently located for visiting the area. The cabin had everything we needed for a long stay and our host, Elizabeth, was extremely helpful and made our stay wonderful. We will be back!

We stayed here during a very rainy January so we did not get to experience most of the outdoor space this property has to offer, however it is very cute and quiet. We really enjoyed waking up surrounded by Redwoods and it is not far to fantastic wineries and restaurants. Elizabeth, the host, was very communicative and helpful and truly made this a wonderful experience.

Our stay was very nice and communication from the owner was above and beyond! Thought for improvement on listing: the listing should say "Pets allowed with approval by owner". We had a bit of a mix up on that but all worked out very nicely.

A beautiful, quiet and peaceful home amongst the redwoods!!! We enjoyed sitting outside as we breathed in fresh pine air and listened to the silence with intermittent echoing chirps. This place is perfect to get away from the everyday world to relax and reset oneself. Everything in this rental from the location, décor, and of course Elizabeth & Mark’s gracious hospitality, only creates a fabulous experience. This was our first VRBO rental and will always be a cherished one.

The cabin is a great place to completely unplug from the outside world and take a moment to truly relax. From the comfortable beds to the beautiful outdoor patio and spacious kitchen, this place is beautiful and perfect for when you need to take a moment away from everyday life and just breathe. Elizabeth is a wonderful host- attentive, helpful, and kind. I can't say enough great things about this place. I will definitely be back!
