My love for this place is in the details and all the small things. Initially I was just looking for a place closest to nice beaches. I did not realize that for such a small island, a car or scooter would be necessary, but it is. I paid a lot more than I normally would for a hotel, but once we got there, we realized, it was really a gem of a find, and, to us, it was worth spending the extra money. The downside was that this hotel seems to cater to very wealthy, unfriendly, snooty and entitled Italians and Spaniards. It is definitely not a place to be social or make new friends. The room itself was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and we absolutely loved getting up every morning and coming down for breakfast. The pool also was gorgeous, heated to the most perfect temperature, and not heavily used. The bar, cleaning, restaurant, spa and front reception Staff were so lovely and professional. We got great massages at a very good rate, and I would highly recommend the spa at this hotel. I also loved the design and architecture of this hotel. Very clean and modern. Even futuristic. this island is slow paced, quiet, and I hope it remains this way and that the protected areas remain respected and protected. It’s definitely not for everyone, but we loved it.

Absolutely gorgeous spotless hotel. Luxury feel with real attention to detail. Lovely pool area with plenty beds of different styles. Great location, few minutes walk to the beach or the main resort. Great breakfast with huge choice which runs until 12! All staff from main reception, the bar, cleaning and waiting on were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Had the most perfect stay and would recommend to anyone!

Struttura nuova, gradevole dal punto di vista architettonico, con camere confortevoli e una bella piscina. Personale attento e professionale, in buona parte parlante italiano. Ristorante di buon livello, buffet a colazione ottimo. Da consigliare sicuramente.

Tutto perfetto tranne l’odore della Moquette nei corridoi che causa umidità unita all’alta temperatura ha un’odore acre. Ottimo personale, ottimo house keeping, buonissimo il buffet della colazione, check in e check out rapidi, ampia camera neo il bagno con ventola non funzionante.

The hotel rooms (except the Garden Rooms) do not come equipped with coffee machines - but you cannot order coffee or room service before 12.30 pm. So you have to go out to get a coffee in the morning. Even 2 star hotels have this facility. The staff were quite rude when they communicated this.

+ + + + Die Anlage ist superschön angelegt, ruhig, wunderschöne Vegetation drumherum, alles sehr praktisch, wunderschönes Zimmer, hervorragendes Frühstück, nettes Personal, angenehmes Ambiente.. - Das Licht im Badezimmer ist nicht sehr hell in Kombination mit dem Spiegel ungünstig. - Beim schlafen spürt/sieht man den Feuermelder blicken, das störte etwas. Eine kleine Kritik auf hohem Niveau.

Um dos melhores de Formentera
Na chegada, fui recebido com pouca atenção, funcionária não personalizou o atendimento. O quarto achamos muito bom, com um bom espaço,limpo e tudo muito bem decorado, de branco é claro. Piscina agradável com bom atendimento de bar. Gostamos muito da localização , próximo a um centrinho comercial excelente com ótimos bares, restaurantes e uma feirinha noturna que da todo o clima de praia.

Nos hospedamos durante 2 noites. Hotel é novo, bastante limpo, restaurante bacana com comida muito boa. O chef do restaurante, assim como todo staff do hotel, são cordiais e atenciosos com os clientes. O tamanho do quarto era otimo, limpo e quieto, com direito à sacada (o nosso tinha vista para a piscina). Pontos negativos: (i) ficamos em Uma ala do hotel em que nao havia elevador para o quarto e foi bastante desconfortavel ter que subir um andar carregando malas pesadas; (ii) nao houve qualquer ajuda com as malas, seja no check in, seja no check out; (ii) o perfume do hotel, na recepcao, é bastante forte e um pouco enjoativo.

Albergo molto bello ,situato in posizione strategica per la spiaggia, i ristoranti, i mezzi di trasporto. Personale molto gentile, in particolare le signorine della reception. Avendo soggiornato in hotel di questo livello, ho trovato però che il prezzo della camera è sproporzionato rispetto al servizio offerto.

Hotel very quiet as it was end of season which we loved, the pool was great. booked a deluxe room as it had a balcony but it also had a huge roof terrace with sun loungers and parasol, as well as a balcony with chairs. Lovely four poster bed, huge bathroom. The breakfasts were fantastic.

Travelled late September, early October deliberately to avoid school holidays which must not apply to German schools as there were a number of noisy children commandeering the pool. This together with the music from the bar irritated my partner.. I am much more chilled and just zoned it all out reading! (The pool was far too cold anyway for me to swim in so I wasn't really that bothered) Hotel staff are enormously helpful, always smiling; receptionists, waiting on / bar staff, chefs and housekeeping staff, all are delightful. My only grumble is the glass door/s in the bathroom, this I notice is quite a topic for other reviewers to remark on! Before we arrived I was totally prepared however I feel that the hotel should by now be aware that the majority of people regard their toiletry requirements as highly personal, so the prospect of ones partner observing (even by accident) is somewhat distasteful and perhaps the hotel should reconsider this aspect - I do appreciate that it has been thus designed to allow more light into the bathroom, however I could live without the light for the sake of my privacy! The breakfasts are outstanding. The freshly baked bread is delicious and the chefs rustle up a very beautifully presented eggs /bacon or whatever your choice..which you watch them prepare. We left early in the morning and the very kind man on duty ran to the taxi with 2 bags filled with a lovely selection of food as we were going to miss our breakfast. A brilliant touch !
