The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 130 m² chalet with mountain views for rent in Formiguères, France. It can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features an attractive 50 m² living room (with stove), an open-plan fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower), one bathroom (with bath) and a 700 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 50 m² living room with TV, sofa, wood-burning stove (wood supplied) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC
- Utility room

First floor:
- Bedroom 3: with double bed (140x190), board games
- Bedroom 4: with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath)
- Bedroom 5: with two single beds
- Separate bathroom (with bath) with WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 700 m² garden overlooking the forest, with an abundance of squirrels, deer and hinds.
- A 37 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture for sunny days.

The house is located in Formiguères, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
