The hotel is very easy to find. The room was quiet and comfortable. Road construction on Highway 51 slowed things down right around the hotel. The staff was friendly. Our room only had one bath towel when we checked in. When I called the front desk she told me their washer had been broken. I had to go down to the desk to get more towels.

Thank you for your feedback. Our hotel only has 2 single queen rooms and for some reason other websites have us having more than 2. So we become oversold on single queens and we have to give out different room types that are similar or better than what you booked. Most of the time its either a king size room and if we are out of those then it will be either a handicap single queen or a handicap king. If there is anything else that we can do to make your stay better, please let us know.

Had to switch rooms had hair in 1 bed and grass in they other bed. The cleanliness of hotel was not good at all. The toilet was not cleaned. I had to wipe it down with clorox wipes. At this point i refuse to tell the front destk attended anything else. I was very disappointed!!

very nice stay
My family wanted a little get a way in this cold weather it was a very clean hotel; pool was a little cold, but kids enjoyed it, we were a little disappointed no waffles in the morning, but we survived. Overall a very nice stay. ordered pizza from Pizza Factor it was awesome.

We found bed bugs in the room we stayed for 3 nights and when we took a picture of the bed bugs and showed it to the front desk worker they changed your room and then was told we would get a refund when the refund never came we contacted the hotel then we was told they would only refund us for only one night

I was charged a 5 dollar “parking” fee because I booked through Orbitz?? Never have I paid this. But she insisted and wouldn’t refund my charge. Seems like a money grab to me. Also the 50 dollar “incidental” deposit is ridiculous for this property in the condition that it is.

Staff was rascist and rude, did not wanted to cooperate. Requested blankets and pillows. According to them they ran out of pillows and only offered one blanket when I need it 2.Also the manager keep saying to check in the room for blankets when they told me to go downstairs for blankets. When I suggested that she can go and check she told me that she was not housekeeping. Very bad experience.

Clean room and lobby/dining area. Front desk accommodated us with the use of the lobby table and chairs to have pizza with our family. They also brought us roll away bed for and extra grandchild to stay with us.

I booked two rooms with my hotels.com account. When I arrived they said they only had one room in my name. I showed her my confirmation email and she was no help. When I booked the rooms it asked for the name of an adult staying in the second room. After calling I found out the other room was in this name. Then, we got situated and discovered a pee stain on one bed. An unknown dark yellow stain on the other bed. And a huge stain on the window covering. There was also an unbearable odor in the room. We were able to switch our room and the new room was much better. We had to end up getting a room for another night. This time the room was in a different name. They ended up overcharging for two nights instead of one. I think I will stick to Holiday Inn. A little more pricey but worth it.

Check-in was quick and painless, staff were very friendly. Had a little scare when we got to the room and the bed had loose pillow cases. The housekeeper had just gone to get a new pillow and we happened to get to the room before her. Plenty of shopping in the area, and you definitely shouldn't go hungry. Numerous choices of places to eat.

I did book a reservation for just a night. The ambiance outside of the hotel looks super nice, when we got in, front desk were not approachable. We got in our room, I am just ready to lay down abd saw a stains in my comforter and the we can hear running kids outside till midnight, you can hear heavy footsteps in the second floor too. It was my first time staying in hampton and will never book this place again.
