- Dog-Friendly: We allow up to two well-trained dogs, weighing up to 75 lbs, with a $150 fee per pet.

Pull up to this cozy cabin and breathe that fresh Ozark Lake air. Walk up the ramp to your front deck and turn around to admire the lake from your deck. When you're ready, open the front door and enter into the open-concept living room/kitchen with a beautiful stone fireplace.

In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sectional, rocking recliner, and a large Smart Roku TV over your beautiful fireplace. The full kitchen includes a table for 6, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials. Head back to the master bedroom with a new luxury king-size mattress, sheets, and comforter. The other room includes a queen-size bed and twin bunk beds, creating enough room for your friends or kids.

In the morning, sit in one of the rockers on your front deck while you sip your coffee or eat your breakfast and take in the morning lake view. When you're ready to get out, there is so much for people of all ages and abilities to do!

Half the trip from Branson to the resort is a beautiful, scenic, and winding road. Around the resort, the roads are all paved, but the parking is crushed-packed gravel. A ramp leads up from the parking lot to the front door. However, it does not meet ADA standards.

PLEASE REVIEW THIS INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING

■ LAKE INFO- Lake Taneycomo is the coldest lake in MO and is famous for fishing trout, bass, bluegill, and more. It is not an ideal swimming lake, but the cold waters can be enjoyed in the hottest months of the year. Lake weeds do grow up in the shallow waters in front of the resort for about 6 months of the year, so if you want to get into the water, plan to rent a boat and take it to one of the coves across the lake. These deep coves are also a great fishing spot!

■ HOT TUB - Absolutely NO GLASS or food near the hot tub. NO BUBBLES, NO SALTS OR OILS can be added to the hot tub. You must shower first and wear a swimsuit (not clothes) in the hot tub. Our Hot tub is professionally cleaned after each guest. If it needs to be serviced while you are there, just let us know.

■ PETS - Dog friendly! The number of dogs must be selected upon booking. We allow up to 2 house-trained dogs under 75 lbs. each. There is an additional fee of $150 fee per dog added to the total of your trip. Pets must be kenneled when left home alone. They must be on a leash at all times when outside of the cabin. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any waste from their pets. Guests must ensure that barking does not disturb our neighbors. Pets are never to be left alone outside. Please use the dog blankets provided if your pet will be on the couch or bed. We provide a basic kennel, a doggy bed, waste bags, and a lint roller. Excessive pet hair, damage, or smells will result in additional fees.

■ AGE - All guests must be 22+ with the exception of children with their parents.

■ OCCUPANCY - Maximum 6 Persons. If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

■ SECURITY CAMERA - There is a security camera overlooking the parking by the cabin for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection.

■ NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin.

■ UNCONTROLLABLE SITUATION - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

■ CHECK-IN/OUT - Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs. We do not allow check-ins or check-outs on holidays.

■ CRITTERS - We have the cabin on a regular pest control schedule to help minimize the possibility of insects and critters. However, this is a lake area, and some insects are unavoidable. You can occasionally expect to see critters (bugs, bats, ants, squirrels, frogs, etc.) in or around the cabin. If this is a concern for you, a place further from the water may be a better fit for you. Please help us by keeping the floors swept, keeping sweets in the fridge, and cleaning up the trash.
