'The service was nice, especially being able to check out at anytime. I missed the option to get breakfast though, a lot of shops were closed until 10 AM and the hotel itself doesn't serve breakfast. Another thing is that the WiFi doesn't reach to the second floor. Other than this it was a nice stay though and for the price this was to be expected'

'Excellent location close to Strood railway station and 15 minute walk to Rochester Castle and High Street. The reception staff are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Great value for money. '

'Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away.
Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as.
I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. '

'Our stay was good. Very clean, had stuff like coffee, tea, sugar, washing up stuff and was an equipt kitchen with fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and hob. Was plenty of parking which was great. '

Very small, basic room on the top floor of a HMO, with a dirty shared bathroom which wasn't mentioned in the description, also if there was wi-fi as promised, no idea how you could access it.
On the plus side, there was a plate and a couple of knives and forks, and the view of the old fridges dumped in the litter-strewn "garden" was breathtaking (as was the smell of cannabis smoke from the floor below)'

'Had a lovely stay , a charming hotel is a charming historical village and restaurant at the hotel was really great as well as the service, not to mention the local beer which was a perfect Kent ale .. A lot of character all round..
