'Stay was fantastic except ladies at front desk wouldn’t let us check in till “we” called Hotel.com and had them then call the motel to get it paid. We set in car for 20 minutes trying to get to the right person who could help. We had receipts and confirmation number but that didn’t matter. Motel probably deals with Hotel.com all the time. Companies need a direct line to call with these issues instead of dumping it on the customer who has paid and exhausted from a long drive. Both parties are at...

'Really nice hotel. Check in was friendly. Shower floor a little slippery, thats my tiny nitpick, more for safety. Really enjoy these hotels. Will be back. '

'The property was under construction. The entire Loby and kitchen area were taped and tarped off. The breakfast was a bag breakfast the you had to go down to the front desk to get. The actual room was nice but I had no Idea the whole place was torn apart.'

Check in is at the diner next-door. There is no coffee pot in the room. You have to go next-door and it is not complementary just FYI but there is also McDonald’s very close by. They do have a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. '
