Ons prachtige huis is gelegen in het hart van de majestueuze redwood bomen van Fort Bragg, Calif. Deze ideale locatie, die op 10 hectare ligt, is ruim en privé, maar toch dicht bij bezienswaardigheden en voorzieningen. Slechts 5 minuten van de stad en minder dan 1,5 km van MacKerricher State Beach Park - beroemd om zijn branding op het witte water, zandstranden en wandel- en fietsroutes.

Het grote dek van 1000 vierkante meter is perfect voor entertainment, barbecuen, genieten in de hot tub of gewoon ontspannen met een goed boek. Speel een spelletje cornhole met familie en vrienden, of misschien een goed spelletje ping-pong om uw vakantie te beginnen. Net buiten het dek is er een enorme achtertuin die voldoende ruimte biedt om te voetballen, hoefijzers, wiffle ball of kick-the-can.

Dit huis slaapt 10 comfortabel en is perfect voor grote groepen of kleinere intieme partijen. De grote volledig uitgeruste keuken is geschikt voor elke chef-kok, van de doorgewinterde fijnproever tot de simplistische kok of barbecue op de grote gas-BBQ op het dek. Open keuken ontwerp met een vier-pits fornuis en dubbele ovens, roestvrij koelkast met waterfilter, magnetron en vaatwasser.

De ruime woonkamer heeft panoramische glazen ramen die uitkijken op de redwoods waardoor veel natuurlijk licht binnenkomt. De kamer is compleet met een open haard, flatscreen-tv, Netflix, dvd en is perfect om te genieten van films of games bij het vuur. Het hoofdhuis heeft drie slaapkamers en twee volledige badkamers. De grote slaapkamer heeft een Calif. King, dubbele kasten en gemonteerde flatscreen TV / DVD. De andere twee kamers zijn uitgerust met queensize bedden en een flatscreen-tv / dvd. Master bad heeft een inloopdouche en ligbad. Het hoofdgebouw is perfect voor volwassenen en kleine kinderen. Extra bijgevoegde kinder / speelkamer heeft vier aparte bedden en een bank. Kamer is groot genoeg voor opblaasmatras. Kinder / speelkamer heeft een grote flatscreen TV / Netflix / DVD, elektrische open haard / verwarming, tafelvoetbal.

We loved our stay here!! Peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. The house has everything you need especially the kitchen. We really enjoyed the fireplace while staying here also. The location was perfect for us, it’s right across the street from Makarricher state park and not for from town if you need to go for ice cream. Highly recommend.

Perfect in every way!

I hesitate. If I say how perfect it was others will want to book it! It had everything we needed and things we didn’t realize we needed. For me it was next level and now it’s gonna be hard to settle for anything less. Everything I could think of they had. …SPACE, hot tub, peaceful surroundings, big windows, big kitchen, and the deck! Plus more. Just loved it.

This place is so peaceful, every day the deer come, if you are looking, about 10 to 11am in the front yard.So quiet at night it's hard to believe, if you live in the city like us.Really happy with this place, I definitely recommend this one.

The Best Magical Property!

This place is straight out of a fairy tale, flowers, ocean sounds, and serious good energy. It’s spotless, everything works, and you can feel the love in every corner. It’s also stocked with everything you could possibly need, which makes it even harder to leave. Total dreamland. You’ll never want to leave. Just book it already!

Fort Bragg House

The house was beautifully kept and decorated. The only thing I would like to suggest is to put a half bath off of the bedroom off of the garage. Whoever stays in this room must go outside to get into a bathroom and in the middle of the night they either have to wake someone up to let them in the house, leave the house unlocked or leave the key with them.

Nice property in the redwoods

When we arrived at the property we easily found the key safe and the key to the front door. The older home is clean and well maintained. It felt a little weird like you were staying in your friend’s grandparents’ house. The furniture and furnishings are all very dated. It has a nice big kitchen with dated tile countertops. The appliances were OK, the ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t work so we had to head to the store to buy ice. We looked through the house and checked out the three bedrooms but couldn’t find the fourth. Our group was four 75+ men who have taken an annual trip for years. The reason I booked this property was because it was advertised as a four bedroom three bath house. Unfortunately, it isn’t. It is a three bedroom two bath house with a kid’s room with four single beds. The room is attached to the far side of the garage. The kid’s room has no bathroom nor access to a bathroom without going outside, walking across the driveway in front of the house and in the front door. Can you imagine having to do that in the middle of the night? When I asked the host about this she said it is noted in the description, but it’s not. The description of the house should make it clear that the property is a three bedroom - two bath house with an available separate room attached to the garage. The mattresses were comfortable and the bedding was nicely done. Overall, it’s a nice old house in a beautiful setting among redwoods. It’s not far from MacKericher State Park.

This is a great place,beautiful garden and big deck bbq great for outdoor entertaining. My family from Germany stayed here while visiting us house has plenty of amenities! Big kitchen has everything you need. Thank you Kari for letting us stay.

Birthday fun

We loved our stay. It would have been really nice to know that the 4 twin beds were completely separate from the house. That room is seperated by a garage with no doors to the house or even a bathroom attached. We spend so much money for our kids to sleep on air mattresses. Definitely not ideal for us. We have 2 boys with Austism and need to have them close. We really enjoyed the property. We had an amazing time with family.

A Beautiful Place to Stay

The property/home was absolutely lovely. It is very private, peaceful and comfortable. Our only regret was that our trip was so short and we couldn't take full advantage of all the amenities. While we didn't have our kids with us on this trip, we spent the entirety of our stay talking about how much our kids would have loved staying here with us. While this home is amazing on it's own, it is also a great home base between all the local activities. The property is a quick and easy drive to both Fort Bragg and Mendocino. Where we were able to enjoy food and shops, as well as a ride on the Skunk Train. We were also a hop, skip, and a short drive from a lovely winery directly on the coast. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future trips!
