Victoriaanse charme in de oude binnenstad van Fort Collins - Restaurants, brouwerijen, New West Fest!

Deze gelijkvloerse flat is perfect voor een bezoek aan Fort Collins of het nu voor New West Fest is, een CSU-evenement, restaurants, brouwerijen, bezienswaardigheden of ontspannen in een rustige en aangename ruimte. Aangezien we aan de overkant van Library Park liggen, zijn alle voorzieningen van de oude stad gemakkelijk te voet te bereiken. Toch worden uw voertuig (en) veilig geparkeerd op ons parkeerterrein met automatische poort. De eigenaars en uw gastheren bezetten de flat op de tweede verdieping, zodat u een uitstekende service zult hebben. Het huis werd gebouwd in 1902, maar het is volledig gerenoveerd met modern sanitair en elektrische service, waaronder een brandblussysteem in de kelder mechanische ruimte.

De flat heeft een Victoriaanse smaak (9ft plafonds) met een grote plattegrond met een extra grote keuken, een eet- / familieruimte, een formele woonkamer met een gaskachel / open haard (die kan worden veranderd in een bed op de 3e verdieping) slaapkamer), twee slaapkamers, een met een luxe kingsize bed van schuim, de tweede slaapkamer met een luxe queensize bed. De formele woonkamer heeft aantrekkelijk metselwerk, een schoorsteenmantel, een ingebouwde boekenkast, een stoel en een beeldrail en een Victoriaanse wandbekleding. De entreehal is uniek met een rond raam, vloeren in Victoriaanse stijl en wandbekleding. De master bad heeft een ijdelheid met dubbele wastafel, een diep bad met overhead en in de hand gehouden douches. Het ¾ bad heeft een luxe douche met afneembare kop. Zowel het hoofdbad als het halve bad hebben keramische tegelvloeren. Jaloezieën zijn overal aanwezig. De inrichting is aangenaam en comfortabel. Een grote flatscreen-tv is aanwezig in de woonkamer. De flat heeft centrale A / C en verwarming, kelder was met high-end machines,
 breedbandinternet en lokale tv. Netflix en HBO zijn beschikbaar.

Als u niet onderweg bent, kunt u uw vrije tijd besteden aan de circulaire, rond de veranda of in het afgelegen, gestampte betonnen terras met een kop koffie in de ruime privétuin. Gedeelde mudroom en toegang vanaf parkeerplaats. Twee andere invoeren voor de begane grond. Andere voorzieningen zijn meerdere parkeerplaatsen buiten de straat die toegankelijk zijn vanuit het steegje met automatische toegangspoorten.

Spectacular stay in Fort Collins

My daughters, son-in-law and two young grandchildren stayed in the property for four nights while attending a wedding event in Fort Collins. The place was perfect. We could not have beat the location making trips to Old Town and College Street on foot with the kids on scotters or in the stroller. And it is right across the street from a great library and a fun outdoor park that the kids loved. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted and we cooked several meals there that were enjoyed around the large kitchen table. The hosts had thoughfully stocked the frig with a few beverages and there was a basket of snacks that hit the spot. We loved the offstreet parking. Will definitely stay there again as we have kids and grandkids in the City.

Wonderful Stay in Fort Collins

Host Griffin and Carley went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Griffin completely overhauled the gas grill so we could use it for a Mother’s Day dinner with family. The house is clean and very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room to host family yet cozy when it was just the two of us. Location is convenient to so much. Walking distance to Old Town shops and restaurants. There is a Target and grocery store close by. We will definitely stay here again.

This house was very quaint with a giant, fully-stocked kitchen and lots of charming details. Some updates to finishes and furniture could be made, but our family felt very cozy and welcome in this cute house that’s super close to Old Town!

The property was in a great location in old town. The house was beautiful both inside and out with what looked like a brand new kitchen with everything we needed and more. Great Location!

We were in town for a family wedding and a little vacationing. This house is lovely, historic, and walking distance to Old Towne shopping/eating district. We walked to many destinations including a local farmers market and a walk along the Poudre River. The house has a great kitchen set up which allowed for some meals “in” as well as an iron/ironing board, which we were thankful to have. Comfortable furniture and a table for 6 + island. There is so much to do in Ft. Collins and I want to go back! We would definitely stay again and enjoyed a nice place to spend our time away.

Great place

We were in Ft. Collins for our youngest son’s wedding and this property was perfect for my wife and I and our other son and his family. A great location within walking distance to many fine old town shops and restaurants plus it’s across the street from the library and a very nice playground/park. The back yard and front porch were great places to sit and unwind. House was very clean and communication with owners/ managers was excellent.

This 1901 historic landmark has been beautifully restored with care and attention to detail. It is located in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the art museum. There is private (gated!) parking in the back. The house is super comfy with a spacious well-equipped kitchen. Many thoughtful amenities. We really liked the hosts who were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and comfortable historic home. The house was well-appointed, with many amenities, special touches, and a lovely yard/garden (with private, gated parking). We love the location, which is close to Old Town shops and restaurants, yet still peaceful and tree-lined. It is within easy driving distance of everything Fort Collins has to offer. Griffin was a thoughtful and attentive host, who is quite knowledgeable about the local area. We had no complaints whatsoever and heartily recommend this property!
